in my opinion the GNX is the best looking G body, but the Monte is probably the most classic, and for that reason alone I want it to be added.

I believe they've already planned for or are preparing a future addition of functional NOS for a future dlc. Make that the big selling point for a “new” garage business property that can be unlocked or earned through missions or sales.

 

Long term big picture since GTAO isn’t going anywhere even 6 years deep into its existence.

This was actually leaked years ago. Those games that were previously mentioned were in the gamefiles a couple of years back. Hell, a lot of casino stuff was cut content. Dialogue, pictures, etc.

Mansions fit perfectly in this update.  I just wonder if that is more than we can reasonably expect in one update.

There is none. Maybe at the end of the year, but personally i think this will never happen.

they did just add the Arena Workshop, 30 people share that location.  and no, I actually don't have any information on future content, I am only here to speculate.  but I speculate we will never see a personal aircraft carrier, though it would be cool to add one off the coast with jets to steal and going too close would give you a wanted level, much like Zancudo.

I'm not sure about mansions. This may seem like the "perfect" update to give us a lot of stuff like that but Rockstar is weird. Back when heists came out the actual update didn't even give us much to spend on. They had to give us an Ill Gotten Gains update months later to give heists more of a purpose in the longterm.

 

I'm hoping that with something like this we get a bunch of luxury goods and with that I wouldn't doubt mansions. But they could easily pull a dumbass move and give us casinos and the luxury theme and then provide completely unrelated side content that has absolutely nothing to do with the theme whatsoever. That or, they could give us casinos, focus on that, and give us not much side content at all (After Hours, which did both actually. Completely unrelated bullsh*t and not much of it either). I really hope that isn't the case.

The AC is the thing I most want and I agree with you.  When they gave us the hangars, I think that was all we were ever going to get related to aircrafts, at least places to store them. While I think they could easily be added because they have already designed one, I think the code is strained as is, and this is just too much.

I mean, it's less about that and more I don't think they would ever let 30 aircraft carriers litter the waterways.  I know we share locations and there are unrealistic future weapons/vehicles but I just can't see them adding 30 carriers to the water surrounding LS.  I mean, there are only 41 carriers in the world, they are split between 13 different navies.
