I think the trailer will come out either the 20th or the 26th imo. If the trailer would release the day off, then I feel hints in the newswire post would happen. A casino is one of the most requested things since the launch of GTAO. I don't think R* is going to take 7 months to make a highly requested dlc to not say and/or show it. I think this dlc will be the size of DDH tbh. Maybe with a heist even. They are teasing in the game that the casino is coming and that has never been done. I put that to the level of Frank Ocean teasing for DDH or the dj's for AH. (I think I said it before, but I feel like they will mention something along the lines of "you may have seen construction under way at the casino.... and then go into explaining/showing off the dlc)

Im curious as to what the winky wouldve been it was a beta vehicle which was cut from the game 

 

Nothing is known about the vehicle apart from the info in handling data, which shows it would have been a relatively heavy vehicle with a slow top speed of 105 km/h (65 mph), a 4WD drivetrain and a mass of 2,000 kgs (4,409 lbs). It was cut for unknown reasons.

"Winky" is a slang term for a penis, another example of Rockstar's adult humor. The vehicle's name and handling data suggests it may have been based on a Willys Jeep-style vehicle, as "willy" is also a slang term for a penis.

I think no matter the day the update comes out (June 27th  or July 11th) we might see the trailer 4 or 5 days prior to its release date. I don't believe we will see it the same day that the update drops.

Really anything is possible with R*. If they do add a radio station, I would be curious as to what type of music the station would play. 

 

Having someone collaborate with the download could benefit us if they start to tease the dlc. But I have a feeling that wont be the case because R* are using props.

Not yet, that I know of at least. FUN is able to tell if the code came from rockstar or not. Fun can mine the sh*t out of some data.

Nah, I didn't mean that. I'm just saying that for me, the list is fake, and I believe that he thinks the same, I never tried to say he knows something btw.

Off topic, sorry, but with the announcement of project scarlett being on sale during the holidays of 2020, maybe a R* (gta 6/bully 2) announcement at e3 is possible. I mean they could release gta6 in 2021, which would make a tease this year possible.

RS has done nothing at E3 since forevers. When you have the highest grossing entertainment product of all times, you are bigger than E3.  Hence, RS doesn’t need such a vehicle to promote their products (and share the stage with other developers).

R* security got tough since I tweeted that "Terms & Services" changes, and I don't think someone is able to come up with a bunch of hashes like that of which he assume is the vehicle list for the next update.

There's much more to tunables than a bunch of hashes that somehow turns out to be the vehicle list for next update, I mean do you guys believe this ? a guy somehow manage to have access to R* dev cloud and he somehow pick a bunch of hashes and claim its the vehicle list for next update ? (Why not just post the whole tunables so we can check it out)

If he can determine which variables are for messing with the casino and which are for vehicles, may as well just tell us the whole vehicle list without this whole "guys check this out, its a vehicle list but some are encrypted" thing.

Also the whole list is just a bunch of vehicles from previous GTA titles, R* actually come up with new cars to the series, not every vehicle must be a returning vehicle from previous GTAs.

I will keep this "kinda-fake tunable" list in mind when the update hit us as I'm celebrating independence of my own skype group that I came up with.

Not for nothing, he is one of the most respected fellas in here, long story short, he is a talented data miner and decrypter that find interesting changes and keep us informed about things that R* might be doing.

 

On topic: What are the chances that R* keeps updating the map with more props to show some time progression in all these years when the update finally arrives? Like new props and billboards, maybe some trees here and there, I don't know, maybe finishing some little under construction buildings like the houses near Mirror Park? (now that I think about that, they are close to the Casino , they could make those purchasable, but I would prefer mansions if I could choose).
