If you think it's a great car then I'm pleased that you can enjoy it fully. But for me, nothing with that much rubber touching the road can ever take that long to stop, so reality-wise, it's a bit of a fail.

 

Leaving aside weight differences, my ZX10r has rubber on the front wheel touching the road the size of a quarter and the rear wheel the size of a credit card and gets from 0-60 and back to 0 before most vehciles get to 60.

 

The Hustler should stop quicker in my view with tyres like that. I wll of course not make any further posts regarding vehicles for fear of causing anyone offence.

I have to admit I would be slightly irritated if they released a Dominator Classic that was as gutless at Ellie. Despite my extreme love for her, she needed like 200 more horsepower.

 

Speaking of which, I've had a long-standing theory that they design cars in groups, similar car types. Then release them throughout different updates. In this way I consider some cars hints or clues to future cars.

 

For example, the Rapid GT Classic was the clue that Ellie was coming later. There are a bunch of situations that happened like this.

 

The Imperator was the clue for the Dominator Classic (or a different name I guess, a 71-73 Mach 1)

True but GTAs map really big for what you’re suggesting the map would have to be at least 5 times bigger to distribute these significant places and make it worth flying there

I just wish old cars with bad brakes would actually lock the wheels up when you slam the brakes hard, every car in this game has some kind of braking assist, even non-ABS cars.

 

More argument for me to drive the Sasquatch more though, no assists at all on that thing

I hope we don't get yet another business to run. I'd rather the casino be just a place we can go and gamble with a possibility to have a suite and a parking garage floor there. I don't mind having passive income businesses, but if we're stuck doing promo missions for a casino we buy, my casino is going to end up deader than disco. 

            Best case scenario is we get some nice big houses to buy. Surely the mansions in game can't all be used for some kind of mission? On top of a casino we can freely visit and a slew of nice cars to go with the theme.  Also, my character needs a leisure suit so if one of those that isn't tacky looking as hell could be added that would be great too.

I do hope this dlc is less grind, nightclub needs to be promoted like every other hour. Its tedious, this dlc needs to be more relaxed on the grind factor, after 6 years of grind I think we deserve a break here.

Shared the same views as well in the past. When I 1st saw the Impaler I instantly thought maybe its a hint that the Savanna is coming in a future update. Especially since the front end of the Impaler is based off the 67 Impala.

I don't know what about you, but I am really expecting Mansions to become available for purchase once the DLC is released. It would make sense for Rockstar to incorporate them into this expansion, following that the same had been done in the past with the introduction of private yachts and stilt house in addition to offices. It's been several months since the Arena Wars DLC, which is why I presume the casino building will simply be an addition to many other high life services and utilities to be provided. I, for one, will gladly accept any offer, except for the heist including Lester and Paige (those two talk a lot) or any other weaponised broomsticks. I really hope it's not going to happen. I literally have to be using sewers in order to get from point A to B safely.

This is mechanically impossible with mansions. It would be completely impossible for the game to convince you that the driveway, grounds and house itself are 'yours'. They'll never offer the same exclusivity and privacy as a yacht or penthouse.

First, the flow of people in and out of 'your' driveway'. How does this work? Who are these people? Your household employees? I seriously doubt Consuelo the maid drives a T20.

Second, the people running around on 'your' grounds. How would you keep them out? Easy enough to say you'd have security, but who's to say that guy in pink shorts, a bow-tie and nothing elsedoesn't 'own' the place too?

You can't instance exterior sets the way you can do interiors, but even if you could that still leaves the problem of who else is seen accessing 'your' property. There's, what, ten mansions in the game that aren't already used in missions or events? Imagine that on release day and weeks after; twenty to thirty people, ten mansions

Yeah but maybe thats because that poker game in rdr is in freeroam, so its easier to stumble upon those glitches and R* doesn't want to risk a lawsuit

You said it yourself that loadable interiors "ensure some code laws applies without issues. For example, they disable your weapons and grant you god mode to ensure no glitch/bug will kill your character". More controllable environment and all that.  

Even if what you saying is true they don't have to block everything...  They want people to spend money afer all, those paywalls exist for a reason. Completely blocking the main thing (and every paywall that comes with it) is not good for business.

All they have to do is create two rooms, one with real gambling and one with non gambling games (spin2win) and ensure that people in those countries can't start gambling. They can even add different security measures like kicking you out of the lobby as soon the game detects you trying to start a game/take a seat, double or triple failsafe system you know. Glitch can bypass one security measure but not all of them at the same time.

Also R* is not some one lazy guy sitting on his ass all day, they have people and lawyers who check that stuff for them. Its a huge company, they can do some basic research. Even you and I could do that after 5min on google.

Btw you still just speculating all of this based on rdro and nothing more, right? Cause for now we don't even know how this dlc will work. Might as well be Casino Heist and those mini-games are just a little part of it. Maybe they are no minigames at all.

Well the only real difference between normal planes and lexury planes is a bottle of champagne and comfy chairs. And the only meaningful reason to travel are new missions. But yeah I get you, this map is getting pretty old at this point.

Isn’t there a house you can buy that cost around 165.000$ and has a driveway, a pool and let any other player “swim” in your pool without any problems ? I don’t know if you see which house I’m talking about, it’s in Vinewood Hills, it’s far from being a mansion, it’s just a simple house.

Well, it does sound unrealistic, but I guess it may operate just like any other apartment. Indubitably, it cannot be as huge as, say, the playboy mansion. However, it can be a bit smaller In size and be just like stilt houses on vine wood hills. Those buildings are not perfect in terms of their mechanisms either. Basically, during the first two weeks of the DLC's release, one could always see other players, owning the same house, share or fight over pools in the backyard. Let's just see what is to be introduced with the DLC. As of now, I don't have any other assumptions.

Its kinda funny. The business aspect of the Nightclubs (the underground warehouse) is the most passive and relaxed business. But the management aspect is the worst, like you said tedious and too demanding.

 

If they can strike a good balance between the two then it could be one of the best update we've gotten.
