DLCs mostly got announced on thursdays when the event weeks were still tuesdays.

maybe they will announce them now Fridays or mondays?

But on the other hand - no announcement today doesn't mean a thing, we are still 3 weeks away from that date so who knows? They might announce it a week or two.

I wouldn't put the Casino anywhere above 2 million, but thats only for the barebones Casino...Add-ons and customization options will have the cost Go well above 5 million.

I doubt we're gonna be able to buy the casino or any part of it, except maybe a luxury suite inside or something.

 

Remember how excited people were for nightclubs, thinking they'd be able to edit the exterior and have their own created name on the outside? 

 

100% you won't be able to buy the casino. As I said, a suite inside from which you'll probably be able to coordinate a casino heist from or some sort of gambling scam etc.
