Honestly, the hints have been given for weeks by the reputable leakers and apparently a R* developper, we didn't catch them that's it.

I dont think you will be able to own the Casino per se, I think you will just be able to buy your own suite, become some sort of VIP member. I think it will be in Rockstar best interest if the Casino floor was accessible to everyone

I thinks you are right.  It feels like RS is done with traditional business models, as AH and AW didn’t have us own a traditional business like the others.  Just a guess though.
