As I stated in my vehicles list (with made up names), Übermacht Icarus, which was indeed a JB vehicle.

The dynamic map changes is not that hard to make, simply take the geographical coordinates of where you want to place the prop (X,Y,Z and Pitch and all of theses things) and then specify the name of the prop you wanna put there.

 

But there's a problem, they added an interior for the casino without doing an update, i'm pretty sure that this interior is just a placeholder because an interior require lightning changes, collisions, textures (especially if it's a new thing) and all of those things that can't be changed in "real-time". That's why some of the billboards ads are replaced by other ones.

Casino DLC is 90% official and was "confirmed" by R* themselves when the area around the casino has been heavily modfied by them and some changes are still coming.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was to just watch the Casino and that's it. I doubt they'd go through the effort of updating the casino now without telling players.

… it looks like there might be some vehicle room behind / in the middle of the building... But don't look too closely - Rockstar didn't spend much time on model-placement and terrain removal it seems.
