EDIT: To play super semantic; you said "heistS", plural. I mean... if a singular Heist were on the table, that'd be all I'd expect. Certainly not a 3 act heist like Doomsday for the Casino, a single location.

But if we do get them, they should have an slower rate of fire and/or a small blast radius, maybe both.

 

About missiles, we should be able to choose between spammable Homing Missiles or Barrage Missiles, not both.

 

Maybe a modular system in which you could mix and match Machine Guns, Homing Missiles and Barrage Missiles would be good.

 

Countermeasures are a given, so yes pls, also armor upgrades so it gets disabled with a single Homing Missile and explodes with two.

Something like this as an aircraft customization option would be good. Immunity from missiles spam. Well, maybe an idealised GTA version of it would give that anyway. We can have space guns, so why not? At 0:52.

Yeah, none of that was hinting at anything. Obviously my comments today have been in reaction to the the initial leak, which had nothing to do with me.
