They could make it like the explosive rounds from TBoGT. They weren't overpowered but boi they could really f*ck up any unarmored/non-plated vehicle. I'd often like to compress the shape of vehicles just for the lulz.

They should add in some of the cut weapons or weapons from the older games, instead of making Mk2 weapons because of the larger number of possibilities, namely:
- Working Fire Extinguishers (can choke in close proximity).
- Shovels.
- Sledgehammers.

- Fire Axes.
- Screwdrivers.

- Chainsaw.

- Short range hand Tazer.
- Nailgun.
- Heavy Rifle (based on the FN SCAR-H).
- Assault MG (based on the HK 21 MG).
- Classic Rifle (based on the ACTUAL AK-47 with wooden stock and grip).
- Katana/Sword.
- Flamethrowers.
- SPAS 12 shotgun.

- SPAS 15 shotgun.
Also, not really a weapon but a laser sight attachment that can compete with the flashlight attachment's slot.

Maybe add in updated versions of some of the cut vehicles too.

A return of the fun minigames like pool, lowrider dancing, basketball, bowling, air hockey .etc. would be welcome as well.

actually the Fire extinguisher is already working in-game.

it only doesn´t have a icon and does no damage or scare people.

 

it would be easy to fix, but what would it be useful for?

Could be useful in some PvE jobs like survivals where you can create choke points.
Then again, there are a lot of other useless weapons in the game that no one complains about.

You mean the original pre nerf Cargobob... the game lost a lot of it's freeroaming innocence and fun the day they ruined the cargobob #asswipes

The SPAS 12? it could be a good possibility to come back since it was in San Andreas...speaking about returning weapons I want the Glock-17 to come back from GTA IV

it's still like every other melee weapon in the game. practically useless as you can kill anyone with pistol whip anyway

maybe a mark 2 nightstick would be interesting, a shock baton!

Well stone hatchet has special abilitie (trevors rage), right? Just give something similar to different melee weapons and add customization

- something that can ignite
- something that can shock 
- something that makes your target sick/drunk/high
- that fallout perk that gives you lets say... 20% change to send people/cars in to the air with one hit

And everything can be reused from SP cheatcodes.

On top of that add couple fun mk2 weapons like paintball guns, waterguns, nailguns, harpoon guns, crossbows and ofc My Little Friend from Scarface.

I'm with Voodoo Hendrix on this one, Ruiner missiles are an overkill on a fighter jet.

I'm definitely with you on the all new model idea! SkylineGTRFreak has made some beautiful models, if you haven't seen them I'd highly recommend checking them out.

 

Currently the Lazer is outmatched in turning radius by other jets.

Since everyone and their mother is crying for the cannons to be removed, a way to balance that would be to give better missiles than any other jet in this game.

You CAN avoid Ruiner missiles in a Lazer - I've tried and succeeded on numerous occasions.

Or they could give us freemode lobby settings/filters that disable all these futuristic and weaponized crap, where PvP means actual skill and 1v1 with Heavy Sniper + regular ammo.

Well, unless R* drop a DLC from nowhere tomorrow it looks like it's the 18th or bust, because I can't see one coming on Christmas Day or New Years Day.

 

I still don't think R* will miss out on that sweet December DLC Shark Card cash.

I really have the feeling that R* will add back the Classique car brand...I mean we need more Oldsmobile cars in the game like the Stallion right R*? If they add the Clover from SA then it will really need to add back the Classique brand.

please don't compare a christmas dlc to this one. it was the worst "update" of all time. wasn't even worthy of a real name ("January 2016 Update")

it's pretty much safe to say that there won't be an update tomorrow. regarding the possible announcement, i'm torn:
RDOs first (tunable) update was called "Week 1" and got announced (in typical R* fashion) on a thursday. if they announce a "Week 2" (which only would make sense; otherwise they wouldn't have called it a weekly update), they will announce it on a thursday as well (because "Week 1" will be 1 week old that day). that would kinda interfere with a GTAO announcement imo.

nevertheless, thursday has been the day for GTAO announcements for over 1 year and R* NEVER deviated from that strategy since introducing it (excluding SSASSS, which simply hadn't enough content to justify a separate announcement)
waiting for 13th 16:00 CET to come by now :D

Well according to SteamDB, GTA5 QABeta2, and QABeta3 hasn't been touched in 5 days. perhaps the update is finished and since Yan2295 is done with leaking info about upcoming updates. R* is free to do whatever they want, so they can announce the update today. and release it tomorrow. Just because they had a schedule before doesn't mean they can't change it.

Scenario 1: Either R* releases a Newswire article today and we get the DLC tomorrow, or we're getting the DLC and the article both tomorrow.

Scenario 2: #Team18th. The announcement on Thursday / Friday / next Monday / never.

 

From 75%, I'm on #Team11th :D

Steyr aug a1 was cut from vc (classic advanced rifle) since they are similar

I'm expecting some news today.

Anyway, the Flash Deal that pops up on some ppl loading screen isn't new.

It was made back in September.

well with RDR2/RDO a reschedule would make sense. hoping for 16:00 CET today then, otherwise thursday :D
