The speed it can get is insane, dodging traffic at almost 200 mph, having to throttle control every corner, be careful on which bumps to take, all of this is what makes the gto a fun car. Of course you will crash a lot if you get rusty with it, but with practicing you can pretty much drive with no problem.

What are the chances of GTA online continuing for ever? I'm not sure how the programming logic behind it would like it but could it be possible that the game would continually be updated with revenue being created from either 'micro'-transactions or subscriptions to go online?

If Rockstar were to release a next version, it would very likely feel empty compared to the current GTAO, similarly to how a new Sims base-game always feels empty compared to the previous Sims game with its 2.6 million expansions and updates. It would seem more logical from a gameplay perspective to continue with what has been created although I can imagine that eventually the game would reach the end of what the core-program could handle.

 

On the other hand I'm not sure if a continuation of the current GTAO would be a good thing, I feel like we need a big reset button to untangle all the mess in the narrative/story and equalize the playing field in terms of the weaponized insane meme vehicles. Rockstar has a tendency to include something in an update that is slightly better than what is currently in the game to entice player to purchase it, only to have to overpower the overpowered vehicle in its next updates. I hate how I can't just cruise in a Granger anymore without being blown to bits

If we get either Tuners or Naval update in June i'll be happy.

 

I'm a big car guy so I would prefer that but i'd still be happy with a Naval update.

 

Either way I just want some good cars.

Good post.  Like you said, the next group of ridiculous attack vehicles I’m sure will wipe out my Duke of Death on the first shot.  I’ve been driving it again because if I get attacked by a broomstick I can go passive before they kill me because it takes at least 5 broomstick missiles.

 

A reset would be nice for the game.  Remove 75% of the adversary modes and races no one plays anymore.  

 

Update the traffic cars.  

 

Finish the office building under construction downtown and add more CEO offices and activities.

there are so many good dlc ideas like mansions, naval , tuners and even new heists.

i will be very happy if i see any of the above in june.

I'd rather race in the street like fast and furious. We could have a contact that would set these up and yada yada.

 

I think if they executed your idea perfectly it could be good. I just like the idea of street racing vs. other people.

I’m saying like when you race you earn money and you have your racing garage stuff like that but no matter what they are going to add weaponized vehicles to make  shark cars sales I mean in every update they do except the early on ones.

Naah common misconception m8. In a long run owning pc is always cheaper then buying a brand new console every couple of years. You can just upgrade whatever you want, whenever you want, even sell and buy used parts if you want. You can build something with similar specs to nextgen consoles and I can assure you it will cost you less. It's a fact, just google it. People just love making videos about that

I honestly can't even remember when was the last time I had to upgrade something and I still can run every new game (just not on ultra settings)

totally agree but just so you know - you can fit Havok inside sewer tunnels. I know since that was the first thing I done with it

Saying people will like something, or not like something - you really need to know which people are being talked about, or it's impossible to tell much from it. An update full of broomsticks might make some players happy, but it'd be the wrong players.

 

If you say it makes people wet though - well that does imply some sexuality, which is promising I guess. Maybe it's loads of mini Hunters all dropping little bombs on people.

Here's one last little thing we've yet to learn if it's gonna be a thing.

 

I'm pretty certain that the only reason we got that Coming In July trailer last year was because we know things that we shouldn't have WAY earlier than R* was comfortable with. But then Arena War wasn't announced until less than 24 hours before release. I put it to you lads, what're the chances they'll;

 

- announce and drop Summer with 24 hours of each other.

- announce and drop within a week of each other

- repeat last year with a teaser a month in advance with no solid date, then release it towards the end of the release month.

 

Also, if any of Rockstar's Community Feeler's are reading this, we would like an announcement to wet our whistles, stat.
