Even if it's a big update I don't see how it will be 'new' like anything from gunrunning to dd (let alone finance and felony to import export ) were. It will imo be rehashed like ah and aw were.

I dont really care if it is anything new or game changing just as long as it has quality ass new cars sign me up. Personally arena wars sounded so trash and i still dont care for it but the cars were so good i regard it as an excellent update.

Yes, nice cars are nice. But people should not get used and satisfied and thank R* just for that aspect of new content, while the all other departments of the game are so poorly explored and developed. But sadlyi s a recipe that works for them...they know it, and just put the best effort in the cars and the other things...well...the other things are the other things...how i would like to see from now on so much more of the requested content asked by us, at least more recreational activities to do with friends would be great.

One reason for so many discounts can be (i don't think there has been this much discounts b4 correct me if iam wrong) is that there will be a 6 month gap until a dlc in june/july, and people would have too much money on their hand already as we didn't have to spend any for march dlc as there was no dlc.

That could hurt their shark cards thus this many discounts.

I wonder if it'll be like DDH in that we get more awards, trophies/achievements and bonus cash even. Like Arena Wars gives for ranking up driver skill or the club for dancing. Lots of little bits like that.

 

But not the long slog of it like arena or 1000 crates, lol. A bit much.

Ehhh dont get your hopes up. I think they advised the same thing last summer and it was generally one of the driest updates content wise, i struggled to spend more than 7 mil and that was with a maxxed out club and a few of the very little amount of new cars. I'm quite sure nobody knows what the content is actually going to be in this update, just a name and maybe the size and date? Must be a good theme the way its been hyped so far but I'm not really expecting itll drain bank accounts unless its really good.

 

Personally I just want a glorified Ill Gotten Gains where its focused on luxury except 10x as extravagant as the 2015 dlcs with properties and more luxury cars... I mean i can dream right?

I wouldn't be surprised if Yan whispers in Fun 2 ear about what is the next dlc, bcz Fun is not btw the wall and the sword by R* pressure.

For example I'm lvl ~700 and I would never brag about it. I would pay 5 millions just to lower it and lock it on... lets say lvl 420. Simply because I play on PC and I'm sick of people constantly asking me to drop money on them...

He already said thats just speculation based on recent discounts

Also people say that before every dlc cause its pretty obvious at this point, every dlc is more expensive then the last one.
