WHERE IS POKER FOR GTA ONLINE?

I can see three ways:

1) R* decided long time ago to give poker (or similar game) to both RDO and GTAO, so we may see it with the next update already if it was tested enough;
2) R* decided to give poker (or similar game)  to both RDO and GTAO but, firstly, with a test playground in RDO, and releasing it with fixed bugs n issues in GTAO later (December Update);
3) R* decided to release the poker only in RDO and to keep this feature (or similar game) for GTA VI (to surprise and excite us).

Spring is a long time.

We did not get an exact day or week, it was just dropped into our laps.

Well, everyone's on the idea of gambling in GTA Online, but not offering much in terms of the Sharkcard issue.

 

Me personally? I would introduce a Gold Bar style "Credit" system. This is where all the money you buy with Sharkcards goes, so it's kept seperate from your Cash in Hand and what you have in the Bank. When you buy Credit, that's what gets spent first before you start using your in-game money again, the Casino won't allow you to Gamble with credit, you can only bet with earned money, that'll prevent any real world legal issues.

 

Any other way you guys would do it?

So far we got 2x$ bonuses on special cargo, MC businesses & gunrunning, we got airfreight cargo, nightclub promotions and vehicle cargo left.

 

I can see us getting:

 

- Airfreight Cargo next (16th - 22nd).

- Nightclub Promotions (23rd - 29th) 

- If they're feeling generous 1.5x$ on Vehicle Cargo (30th - 5th).

- DLC Day. (June 6th).

Great concept, but Rockstar is all about making that sweet dough. How can they financially profit from a Casino DLC without facing legal problems?

- The shopping list could be what you expect from a Ill Gotten Gains Part 3

- Make it a Heist that can only be launched from new Mansions, and make the mansions properly expensive, not just 2-5 million, I'm talking 7-15, make it an endgoal for people to work for... or just pay their way to gain nothing and experience a hollow victory.

Poker would be nice but honestly I'd rather have pool tables and arcade machines in gtao.

That way later on they could use those existing mechanics to create something new.  Like Extreme Arena War version of Golf / Billiard / Bowling

It'll be cool if in one of the next event weeks they either have a hanger with a big sale, like 80 or 90% off or make it free like the CEO office. If that happens, i'm pretty sure they'll discount some of the aircraft vehicles.

has anyone addressed that fact that the free office may be a clue towards the next dlc being somewhat related to the office? maybe another business addition? i know it may be unlikely but didn't we get huge office discounts before released i/e?

Ofc, many people did. They also gave us like 90% discount of a biker club. Thats the main reason why people think we might be getting quality of life update with new supply missions, new features and improvements to all previous themes.

i don't think rockstar would put the time and money into creating new missions for something that everyone has already purchased in game. its all about money now and i can't see them doing that at all

Then they'd introduce items that are only obtained with these credits, just like what they're doing with Gold bars now, nope, I'm good, to hell with poker if it's going to introduce a double currency in this game.

Creating new missions isn't hard at all, they could do that even with tunabowls. Also I would assume we would have to buy a new property to even unlock those new missions in the first place. 

I mean just look how many paywalls they put for us to unlock new freeroam missions (nightclub and terrorbyte)

Oh I'm sure they gonna do that at some point, just like they reused humane labs for supply runs

btw - that waiting room from Arena War with huge windows would work perfectly as a beach house.

still hoping for aircraft carrier in freeroam. It would be a great freeroam mission (stealing different military vehicles)

This is my idea, Casino DLC with new contact missions for the casino owner or manager, and instead of getting paid in cash we get paid in either casino chips or a mixture of cash and casino chips.

I guess? Wouldn't make sense if there is an older video hidden so it's probably the newest one. Probably the trailer.
