I doubt we will ever get something like a map expansion. The performance on consoles is already sh*t due to all the added DLC content.

Undead Nightmare didn't fit the theme of Red Dead Redemption at all yet everyone praises it at the same level as both TLAD and TBOGT. Sadly, it's just a what if at this point.

Fully agree, I would say that what killed Arena War wasn't the low payouts, it was the absurd grind to get Trade Prices and Sponsorship Tiers.

 

Don't get me wrong, I don't mind having to play a little to unlock things but c'mon, R* went way too far this time.

I wish they would change up the supply runs for the Bunker and Motor Cycle Club missions.  One run should do a full resupply but it should be more involved.  More people I think would take the time to steal supplies rather than just buy them and get the money back doing mundane things like VIP and Client missions.

I have a thought about the Arena Wars bodysuits. These are different from the other bodysuits and I was wondering if rockstar could add more elaborate styles. For instance there would be a few bodybuilder styles and some well endowed women. Or we could have our choice be someone from single or even GTA IV. Also for Halloween there could be a silver surfer or a skeleton style. I think there are tons of possibilities.

I always wanted to be able of match one of those fedora hats and those valentines day maks, to look like zorro...but those items are not compatible. RIP Swag! XD But i would like to see some facial maks like that with glasses and a mustache like in gta sa, or a clown nose. I also give the idea to R* in the feedback that they could add more suits in the style of those of AW dlc. Like the super heros of the gta unvierse like princess robotbubblegum, impotent rage, etc.

Doomsday & Lowriders are clearly extra storylines they had planned for (if not the whole team) Trevor & Franklin respectively that got rewritten for our Online characters.

 

When it comes to Michael I imagine the Super Yacht and the Maze Bank Tower were originally going to be part of the same update for him, as in the end they introduced the VIP/CEO mechanics, I just don't know what it the storyline to them would be. A Stock Market scam/heist maybe? Because let's face it, it's not like the Crate Missions we got are designed for a single player experience. The Casino was meant for gambling money in Online since the last-gen version had those unused Phone Call files telling us it had opened, but for Storymode... maybe it was also planned for a Heist, who knows?

Maybe we'll get to see the Story Trio return as tutors in whatever Updates R* have planned from here on out, just imagine having them as contacts on our Online Characters phones with Freemode abilities.

I'm reminded that the final line of dialouge in the OG Heists update was... "There'll be more work for you soon". Well... that took nearly 2 years for Lester to bring us anymore work, and all throughout Doomsday he prattled on about how he wanted to get back to robbing banks and such... now, whether or not that was to remind the player there are also the orginal Heists, not just the Businesses & Doomsday to earn money... I'm sure as hell not expecting R* to give us another Heist update expect perhaps (an extremely slim possability) as the final send-off DLC for Online before GTA 6 is officially announced.

I don't think that they can bring Trevor or Michael...just Frankin. Bcz gta online is in 2019 not any more 6 months before the main story. So, bcz the fact that Michael and Trevor can be killed in the last mission, if R* don't want to f*ck up the timeline, they can't bring those two.

I agree...but maybe they will experiment with a DLC you pay for, say $30+ to link a remastered Liberty City or Vice City with Los Santos via Fly US Airlines.  This would give you the opportunity to use your ill gotten gains from Los Santos in new cities with new jobs ect.  Probably a pipe dream but I wonder if it would work if it was a separate game with it's own memory on your console just linked somehow?  I'm not a game developer so maybe that would never work.

Since Smuggler's Run dropped, I assume Trevor's out of the picture.

Why not new missions from the new characters added to the game instead? I'd like missions from Bogdan, Tony, English Dave or even Bryony just to get more insight on them. I'd like if Agent 14 had missions associated with him that didn't require the MOC to access them. Ron and Lester have had too much time in the limelight through heists and Smuggler's Run so I find it unnecessary for them to be providing more missions.

The most I'm expecting is them doing something RDR 2 style.

 

They make a new map for GTA 6. Say, Vice City. And once you complete the story, or just join online, you gain access to Los Santos and maybe Liberty City. 

 

If GTA 6 has all the content GTA 5 has at launch (which it probably won't) then they will maybe even let you transfer your character over.

Meanwhile Ubisoft release Ghost Recon Wildlands in 2017 and both Division 2 and Ghost Recon Breakpoint this year, not to mention the ongoing 4 DLCs a year for Wildlands.

If R* don't have the manpower, then I'd understand.

Yes. R* are famous for their silence.

IMO, it's better to say "Hey guys, we stop updating the GTAO since today. Thanks for amazing support all these 6 years" or "Hey guys, there is an update coming this summer. We aren't ready to share the details right now, but here is the screenshot. Stay tuned for more details and thanks for your patience." instead of deathly silence.

Also, R* is a company of quality, not quantity. And it worth it.

Yes they might release a game every 5 months but they've never matched the quality of the R*'s ones

R* has always done things their way. Even though they've made a bajillion dollars and have sprouted a massive community of online players craving for information, they're still going on business as usual. Idk, they prolly don't care.

Everything based on our personal tastes, but yeah, you're right too.
Personally, I don't like this theme. But the update in common: its atmosphere, music, commentators, winning animation, arena waiting zone - everything is well-made.

For example, night clubs. It could be much better if we were able to make more activities as dancing competition between players or f*cking an npc in the toilet or vip room)

I totally agree about the DLC's tho. They take time to come and they never compensate the time it took with quality content (i'm not saying they sucks but compare them to other games they feel lame).

 

Their solo games are just marvelous in any way possible.

Oh, 100% man. R* excel at story mode. Regardless of what comes next for GTAO, I'm really excited to see what the story mode of GTA6 and future R* games will be like.

I never expected GTA Online to last this long. I imagine we are nearing the end of content updates, but I'm hoping the last ones they decide to do blow us away. No game has ever kept my attention for five years, and while the community can be a pain in the ass sometimes (looking at you, tryhards), it's been an overall enjoyable experience.

I think the "we dont have manpower" are the least of their problems. xD I mean, they are a multimillionaire company, they made gta v/online the best profitable product of the entertainment industry...i think they don't have only a few cents that cannot be invested in new employees. xD

That's bcz they don't want to facilitate your life of grinder...they want sell shark cards. And in truth, grinders are like slaves of their own selfs...if you want have millions without shark cards, you need spent a lot of hours in game to do so.

Finally someone that is saying the same thing that i said since the after hours dlc came ----» there's no f* activities to do!!!! I was expecting something like the gta iv dlc tbgot. Istead they didn't add anything to do in the nigthclubs, you dance alone withouth interaction with no one and the only activitiy that you have is the drinks (which that and darts are only the activities that i saw until today that R* gave us to enjoy a relaxing time with friends) and the proof that they didn't cared about what we could do inside to have fun, is the lack of attention to the details: you can buy a champagne bottle for 150k (lol) you can open it and spread all over your friends, but guess what, the physics of wet clothes isn't present. Meanwhile, billiard table and those arcade game machines are getting dust since 6 years ago. And those little things can sound like nothing of a big deal to care about, but those things could bring players to play their game, bcz i will just say, sometimes i did opened the gta san andras back in the day just to play billiards. I don't know if it's on porpuse or R* just forget to add sh*t that the last title had (gta IV - restaurants, many interiores, bowling, billiards, arcade game machines, etc.) which is being a practise so far, "gta A" have that, then "gta B" dont, then "gta C have again", and so on.

Which is true to some extent but no entirely. Yes they deliver quality content that is mindblowing but sadly as of recently the quality of such content isn't exactly up to standards, the best example being RDO atm with how buggy and broken it is. Then again there's also GTAV being a coding mess that could collapse if they were to tamper with it, that doesn't exactly sound like quality.

 

But yeah on the other stuff, they really need work on communicating with the userbase. The silence isn't doing them any favors exactly.
