We have 8 heists.

Today - Act 3

Tomorrow - Act 2

Saturday - Act 1

Sunday - Thursday = goes through all the original heists.

That's what I think, also just like what @Rafae S said ... this event is a trap !

Man, i was hoping for double CEO work payouts. Oh well, still an acceptable week nontheless. I will settle down a bit once we have more info, the drought right now is way to much, and it's getting old.

Did they ever gave us 2x$ on heists just before announcement?  I don't think so... usually they give us huge discounts on everything so we lose money. 

Announcing it this week would mean that everyone jumps in to the game to grind for next dlc

I think Double CEO pay could be soon, like next week. Then also put all normal cars over 1.6m on 35% off sale. Then the next week, no bonuses but 40% off on all expensive stuff that hasn't recently been on sale, then update next week. That takes us to mid May and makes perfect sense bc once a new update hits, there will be no double on CEO for a while.

Look at the discounts on clubhouses and the fact that they might be giving different ones throughout the week. 75% off? That's definitely a pre dlc spending trap for casuals.

 

The huge bonuses on heists support this even more, I mean I'm hopeful for next week but I wouldn't mind if the update came on May 2nd either and we have another big event week next week. Kinda hard to top this one though honestly. Feels like they saved this one for just before update week.

Yeah if they announce it this week everyone will be grinding and saving everything. I doubt R* wants people to be that prepared.

This is a pattern i've noticed as well. Usually 1/2 weeks before an update drops, they give us huge Sharkcard discounts, discounts on vehicles in order for us to drain our in-game wallets.

they had huge bonus event weeks right before updates before, what makes this one out of the ordinary?

 

we had almost a month of double on businesses before after hours, double on mc contracts two weeks before doomsday & almost two months of huge bonuses before gunrunning.

 

they even gave us double on gunrunning sales and then i/e one week after the other right before smugglers run and look how expensive that turned out to be.

2x contact missions? Definitely will play it today, nice. Khanjali is a good deal, 40% off a working tank always is a good deal.

 

@jargonaut I'm pretty sure that I will not be touching VI online section unless there will be something specifically interested there. I can pretty much speculate with a high levels of certainty that we will be getting less control over the sessions and more forced public crap, double currency and so on. I've spent a lot of time on V Online and I won't do that again with VI, I have more responsibilities now and I really want to learn more languages. Maybe, maybe I will play it casually, not in the way I did with V Online, but I think I'm done with the R* online approach. Considering that I'm not going back to consoles, PC release of VI will be later for me.

75% off the cheapest property + 2x$ on heists doesn't sound like something the they do before announcement.

Ahh, I didn’t think about that. That sounds good. This might just be one of the best event weeks in a while. Also contact missions is hella good.

Double $ on Contact Missions is always a good thing. I can be left the f*ck alone and can still make good money. Only Solo Session double TB missions beat this.

A little bitch slap across the faces of Bogdan glitchers. I'd imagine some of them leave their finales and jump on Act3 train today, only to realize tomorrow they have to prep and setup Act2 to get to their precious finale glitchin', only to be tempted by Act 1 and other heists later on. It's brilliant.

Do love 2x on my beloved PvE modes too, this'll be a good week for me and after buying/upgrading 9 Benny muscle lowrider, bloody good timing, lol.

 

I'd put 2x VIP work and 2x MC contracts (for teams/groups more so on MC) on the same list as 2x TB missions though. Always been a great week when those 2 modes get a bump too.

I might be remembering wrong but I am sure we had one week where it was 2x TB Missions AND CEO. That was a good week.
