Because they are Expert Programmers the bounds for mid/high tier cars are hardcoded, and when they did double it put all the mids into high, which didn't really break anything but they haven't done double since.

i unlocked the shirt but it seem like its lost inside the glitched Brands section of the special tops

 

Brands section has the "new item" star but since its glitched with 125 shirts the new one is not showing up fix this sh*t R*

@CarimboHanky, had the same problem earlier. For those of us with way too many shirt unlocks, anything added to the "Brands" section may not be accessible until Rockstar decides to release a new DLC to fix this bug introduced with Arena War.

Judging by the Doomsday rubbish.  You're more likely to see a futuristic city in the clouds where we are ruled by our lizard overlords.

Jokes aside, there's nothing of substance that could corroborate this rumour. R* is not providing any information considering GTAO future apart from Newswire posts, so that's your primary source of information. This forums haven't seen leaks since 2017 and your best bet here is to find dripfeed contents of a newly released DLC with possible release order, apart from the group of nice people to chat with of course.
