In stores there is a new section under special tops that just lists the shirts from all categories.  Also the description for the "new" shirt is being an unlock from an event and nothing about being part of a dlc.

Since there's nothing new, here's what I think:

The recent qabeta update is either for "new jobs made via existing tools for next week (Arena Premium races is part of this)" or "new jobs for the next update".

If it's the latter, we should see the new update in about 2 to 3 weeks from now.

I think I see where the problem is. Since I have too many shirts unlocked and the "brands" section is currently bugged, I can't access it.

 

Hopefully, it gets fixed.

It's only the top streamed game due to GTA RP servers and players.
Not because of the GTA Online Rockstar made.

Well, quite the opposite for me, I think I've done enough IE sales for a lifetime. Same way I've passed the biker week without a single sale from my own coke and meth, while helping others, only helped with bags/ boats/ single truck. Anything else = hard pass from the start. Year ago I would have jumped at 1.5x, but now it's definitely a pass. Some missions are so annoying that even crates are less irritating, mostly because I can use my own tools.
