Looks like you have to purchase a workshop, then you can buy upgradeable vehicles. More soon.

Yup, same! Mine is averaging between 900kb (lol) to 20mb, but stabilises at 6-7mb. 

 

I phoned Sky yesterday, they've told me it's a line fault.

The most expensive version of the workshop is a little over $4 million. That includes 2 garage floors.

Yes, upgradeable vehicles are cheap but the upgrades probably expensive. The Arena ready vehicles are in the 2 and 3 Million range each.

 

Futhermore, no cars available yet on Legendary and Southern Sanandreas or Benny’s
