Fenton Posted October 24, 2018 Share Posted October 24, 2018 (edited) This mod simply makes the KACC Military Fuels in Las Venturas and the Federal Mint in San Fierro as restricted areas that will give you a 5 star wanted level like the Area 69 and Easter Basin Naval Station. As it's a government building and is a closed campus with a building surrounded by fences and a "Authorized Personnel Only" sign before the entrance, it suggests that the Federal Mint should be a restricted area, but it isn't. Despite the security cameras, it seems that the security at the Federal Mint is nonexistent.
