These are the main changes I would thinks make RDO much more immersive and Interactive, with no ACTUAL NEW ROLE or CONTENT.

 

Honor System Rework

- Feeding horse no longer gives Honor

- Honor Change on the OLD MAN raise to 10 GOLD bars

- Player honor influences on how NPCs react on your arrival

- Using mask / Bandanas on your face, make your honor been NEUTRAL

- If player approaches a NPC Store with bandana they become recognized by all NPCs in X mile Radius of the store.


Bounty Hunter Rework

- No more NPC Bounty Hunters that go after 10$ Bounty Players
- No more NPC Bounty Hunters that go after 20$ Bounty Players
- Rise the amount of Dollars added to your bounty as you Steal, Kill, and do Low Honor Missions

- Other Players with lvl 20 or More on Bounty Hunter roll can see on the Bounty Billboard Players Names and Faces on Posters to pick it up.
- Other Players posters only activate by comming near them on a X Mile radius.
- Player Bounties can go max to a 350$ and count as Legendary Bounties (so LB goes on CD if you deliver)
- Players Bounties Delivered Alive gets full poster payout and 0.50 gold.
- Players Bounties Delivered Dead gets 1/2 poster payout and .1 gold
- Player Bounties Escaped/Survived, the bounty adds 100$ to the player bounty on poster. (MAX 350$)
- If the players has high bounty the following buffs are applied:
   - NPCs give you their loot by pointing the gun on them and using persuasion;

   - You get more loot from NPCs in money and itens

      - 50$ bounty = .5% more

      - 100$ bounty = 1% more

      - 150$ bounty = 1.5% more

      - 200$ bounty = 4.5% more

      - 250$ bounty = 5% more

      - 350$ bounty = 10% more

   - Low honor Strangers Missions / no Instanced Missions pays more (including Selling Horses)

      - 50$ bounty = 5% more

      - 100$ bounty = 10% more

      - 150$ bounty = 15% more

      - 200$ bounty = 45% more

      - 250$ bounty = 50% more

      - 350$ bounty = 100% more


Moonshine Rework
- The Moonshine Cabin should be linked to the CAMP, it would occpy the space of LARGE CAMP spots, and would be open like bars on Towns. This would make possible other missions and player interactions to the CAMP and SHACK.
- The possibility for other moonshine players to start Missions on Lvl 20 vs Lvl 20 Moonshines, Lvl 10 vs lvl 10, to poison, or Bar Fight on the Bar, giving XP and money.
- The possibility to gain 50C every 10 minutes during day, and 50C every 5 min during night at the bar, for the owner.

Wild Horse Rework (SELLING/STEALING)
- Wild Horses can be tammed and saddled

- Wild Horses can be sold on Stable if their bound is level 4.
- NPC Horses can be Stolen and Saddled

- NPC Horses can be sold on Stable if their bound is level 4.

- The max value of a horse sell is 50$ (this value increases with the BOUNTY VALUE buff to a max of 100$)

This would make the game so much more fun, and immersive, and with purpose, without any new ROLE or Feature that inst in tha game or somehow coded in singleplayer already.

Some already do, such as Madam Nazar/Bandleader lady in Moonshine shack.

 

Nazar "your good deeds do not fool me!"

Those are examples of "verbal" reaction, while I'm always at Max "Good" Honor;

no idea if they do similar reactions if player is at "bad" honor max? (I've never been,

will have to do that someday for the other story missions....)

I wonder if Rockstar didn't do that because they figure it is all people would do, for money?

No matter how bad spawns are, around the Hennington's Stead area I'm tripping over wild

horse herds (oh, just saw the part about the 4 bonding, that would kind of balance it.)

 

Making a wild horse "your horse" would be cool too; they are always lean looking, with bad

stats, but over time they could reach the level of the purchased ones if you took care of them.

That would especially appeal to new players (instead of "insane!" catalog/stable prices.)

Then they could even have really "rare" ones you could make your horse.

 

Yeah, only being able to sell them at horse bonding 4 would probably be a Rockstar thing... ;)

 

I like that feeding horse gives honor  ;),

but I'm a "goodie" of course. I could see how

it would be bad if you wanted to be at "max bad" honor

(hmmm, maybe they could add "not good" horse food, which

decreases honor but still acts like feeding the horse?)

They could add "irritating horse brush" along with that, still

accomplishes the task but decreases honor  ;)

Then players could use whichever, for their honor desire.

"overly sharp honor decreasing stirrups", etc.

 

I would like an NPC Stolen Wagon sale thing too, like in single player

where you can sell it to a fence; it doesn't even pay THAT much money

in single player, but is just kind of fun sometimes.

Yeah,  I'd bother to get my "canoe travel award" more if I could have my own canoe I'd pop out (especially if you could make it "snazzy", with livery or something.)

I paid to decorate my bounty wagon, so I'd to it for a boat too!

 

Being able to fish from them would be cool too (can't fish from boats now, so

being able to fish from "yours" would be added value.)

 

The boat also being able to carry an NPC/bounty (hogtied, or dead) would also add value to it

(especially with that prestigious bounty hunter bounty with the two guys on that island...)

Again, only being able to do this with "your" boat would be added value.


It is odd how many "money sinks" Rockstar did NOT put in the game, when they are things

that are not really unbalancing but would be more "fun."

I just want a house. I am aware this shall never happen, but this is a wishlist after all, and as such I am going to make frivolous speculations whether it shall come to fruition or not. I suspect if it ever did arrive it would offer only limited customisation, perhaps none at all, but even a mere apartment in Saint Denis would be preferable to the camps we are currently forced to inhabit, particularly when there is a random old man named Cripps we must live with.

i recently did the marko mission in saint denis again with the rc boat. it was so fun. i played it a while back but had not done it recently. so i forgot how fun it was. i want them to add the rc boat to multiplayer. allow us to buy it and even customize the color and stuff. and have rc boat races and deathmatches. it would be so cool. its so disappointing that its only in one mission.

There are text things about property prices, someone mined. So it seems they were either working it out/testing it, or it is something that is honestly going to be in the game

at some point.

 

I don't like how they might do like they did with the Moonshine shack, where it is a single player thing but for some stupid reason they put in dailies

that involve inviting people to your shack; what I'd REALLY like to do at the moonshine shack is interact more with the NPCS and have dailies involving that (so
I can do them alone.) It seems so weird that all I can interact with is the band, but you can't get into scuffles/ do anything with all the NPCS there. Why can't
I interact with "ladies passed out on the ground, by the coffee pot?" or "smoking ladies by the Moonshine shack "guest list" ?" It just seems like wasted

possible content.

A house would be nice BUT......if the only things we can do in the house are eat, weapon locker and wardrobe....well, I'm not paying for something that only allows me to do what I do at camp. TBH, I don't spend enough time at camp to worry about Cripps. I spawn in at camp when I log on, make a special stew and leave. After that I may pop in now and then for more stew but that's it.

What I wish for is that the last LeClerk (spelling?) is going to be a shootout in Mexico with heavy dialog even our character has some words to say, awesome animation!

AND really long like if you rush it it still takes 20 odd minutes to complete!

Agreed. 

 

I'd only like a house/ranch if they allowed what you could not already do, such as a breaking/selling/upgrading horses (maybe even wagon selling?) component or something.

Those would also only make sense if they also had a "missions" npc or something/other reasons to do them.

I'm at max bad honor and the same thing was said to me by band leader after playing with the band.  Honor means nothing in online from what I can see apart from the initial story missions having a few different options

I'd like to see more masks in the game. Those carnival ones, which we have now look odd. Perhaps more simplier ones? Like the classic mask made of burlap sack or animal skulls from SP.

Main wish I'd like to see is:

 

Make my layout choices, tonics/weapons/etc. persist for login/going into a showdown/coming out of a showdown/going into a

telegram mission/going out of a telegram mission, basically persisting the entire time unless I change them.

 

I don't understand why it doesn't do this already; it saves PART of it, like if I select bow as the offhand it keeps that.

keep making "halfway" measures like adding telegram "solo" missions that no one wants to do; this is especially  true since at the third

time, and every time thereafter, they are FREE AIM ONLY.

 

Rockstar:  "Now players will be too busy to grief you!"

Players:  "WRONG, do you even play your game???"

 

I actually find the "infamous" bounties relaxing, when it is one where I'm in a solo lobby.

I really wish they were ALL solo.

Really good. I read the first 3 updates and i can smell the creativity a mile away. Its like comparing snyder cut with the jostice league, like for real.

 

Though... i would point out it is a little bit over the top, those 3 updates  i read could be 6 perfectly... and certainly some petitions on the top of my mind would be too demanding for the hardware, even in really small sessions of not more than 8 players...  for example the ferry and some of the events. The seasonal ones would demand a lot, like a lot of work in comparison to what they are use to even by gta standards... But the role content, and specially the first quality of life update is on point... truly...if they havent come with something similar to that yet, they are lame and should be reading our feedbacks more.

 

The rewards for the general paths and the roles expansions and new roles are well elaborated upto absurd levels. kudos

I especially like the idea of tying in Story Mode characters with Online. That could work

Why did you not put more stock into a Guarma map expansion? I'm curious. 
It would tie into your Houseboats / Piracy content beautifully. 
Call it a Smuggler role. 
The role would have us smuggle anything from exotic animals, sugar, rum, rare/exotic lumber, weapons, carribbean jewelry, etc. from Guarma to the existing mainland, and "standard" goods and weapons from the mainland to the island. 
There could be maritime combat (with pirates or government units)

The island would allow for collector content, with hunts for lost pirate treasure chests (including under water), naturalist content with exotic birds, other animals and fish

I've been tempted to work on the Guarma thing a bit more, but honestly I can't think of much past a Heist or rehashing the same content with a new jungle skin. Mexico is different because it's a seamless world, whereas Guarma would have to be loaded into. Adding reskins into a loading screen area may just frustrate people, either that or it'd add to the already super large article hahaha.
If you wanted the boat smuggling system, I could see it working a lot like Sea of Thieves - Fun for a little bit but quickly turns into long boat rides of either not doing much or losing a lot of ammo. Could be a big strain on the game and servers, too. That's a lot of space to add.
