It'd be exciting to run into something like that, and have to find shelter to avoid dying. Sandstorms in western New Austin, blizzards in the West Grizzlies. And my wish for the summer update, would be Jessica Leclerk and Mr. Horley had fled to Mexico or Canada. And we get to go there for the first time to meet with them. Then the new section(s) of the map will be open to us. DentureDynamite and Assblaster

Probably disabled due to limitations online but... maybe try and get that working, or at least, introduce them in missions (a story mission taking place near Colter in a blizzard? Hell yeah). That and New Austin needs a goddamn train. Edited June 1, 2019 by CrissRiot DentureDynamite
The Dedito Gae
Wouldnt sand storms/blizzards would actually make the game run smoother? They could nerf NPCs/animals spawns and decrease the draw distance while these are going on. Leftover Pizza
I kinda wish for an animal companion for a hunter/trader spec. One that is able to sniff tracks too and could retrieve small game or guards larger game you've killed from a longer distance. There are many dogs in the game already. Would be nice to be able to own one, bond with it like as with horses, and take it along with you at hunting trips or dismiss it when you do other content. It will be waiting for you at your camp after being dismissed, keeping stupid Cripps company. Leftover Pizza
I'd be happy to welcome a "follow the road" autopilot option while traveling to a set waypoint, where you only have to jump in when things get hairy (think ambush), or when you want to take over riding again or take a detour. And while the horse autopilots to the set waypoint, you can clean guns or swap outfits, eat something or check the catalogue to buy stuff. Or just give the good ol' controller a bit of rest. Potter145
So apparently the next DLC for GTAO will be about casinos. I believe RDO could benefit from something like this in the future too.

I do have doubts about actual gambling in GTAO, since the only currency used to gamble with can be obtained by micro transactions, which is not the case in RDO. My guess is that the casino in GTA Online will be something similar to the nightclubs. If they offer the same free money making option as the nightclub, I'll be buying in Waldbear

Jabalous
- Liar's Dice from Redemption - Map expansion to include Nuevo Paraiso. Somehow this also needs to be included in single player. Mexico has its own special atmosphere and a nice playground for PvP modes like in Las Hermanas. TheOriginalGunslinger
We know the first three of a series of roles will be dropping this Summer... With that being said I really hope roles such as “Miner” and “Oil Prospector” drop as well. [I’ll update this post when the first three roles drop soon to elaborate more...] I’m already picturing my character grinning with an oil covered face like Daniel Plainview from There Will Be Blood (great movie by the way which isn’t necessarily a western but still worth a watch). Also, pretty sure the area named “Plainview” in RDR1 & RDR2 was a cheeky little nod to Daniel Day Lewis’ character from the movie. Commander S
Thinking about carriages/buggies/stagecoaches/wagons - they're already in the game, so the fabrication side is a non-issue. The only main technical things I can think of would be horses - obviously you'd need to have a suitable horse, or two of a similar build/size for larger coaches (might be that carriages would come along with more stable slots, so players can get more horses for that purpose). Beyond that, I guess that you'd need to assign 1-2 horses to a carriage under stable preferences - and maybe treat carriages like active horses, so whistling for your horse would instead get your horse-drawn carriage to roll up instead. As for carriage utility, aside from extra passenger capacity and/or storage space, what if they could function like mini, mobile camps? I.e., you rest near your carriage/wagon, and your cores refill faster (although not as fast as at your camp). Particularly if you have something like a chuckwagon - I doubt they'd ever be actual 'mobile camps' that you could park and unload at will, but it'd make dragging a carriage around have some extra perks, to offset them being more cumbersome than just travelling around by horse. (...and yeah, it'd be cool to have them visibly parked at camp - assuming, of course, Cripps doesn't just randomly pack up your camp, and take your carriage with him... ) Assblaster and ALifeOfMisery

And it would give lots of players good reason to buy it, especially if you can also haul multiple carcasses in it. Rev. Exactly - meanwhile, carts would have the option to be either people movers or extra cargo storage for more pelts/carcasses (but not a mobile camp), while carriages lose the extra cargo capacity, but allow you to transport multiple people (particularly for Free Roam things where you help get random folk from A to B), while also being able to keep pelts on the back of your horse. In other words, different wagons/coaches could have different benefits, allowing players to pick and choose what best suits their playstyle (and giving a reason to actually own them other than just 'it'd be nice to have one'). Stupidis
People have mentioned carts and carriages, something that I also would like to see. But I also want the possibility to bring mules, donkeys or additional horses when going on hunting trips so you can carry more pelts, meat, etc. An idea could be that the more horses you have the slower you move. A penalty you pay for being able to carry more.
