(Don't take the 'one day' too seriously, as we all know stuff takes much longer than a day to fix).

 

I would implement seperate PvP and PvE servers immediately. And make all content able to be played solo too, with or without assistance of supportive npc's.

Revamp the Solo Session (the official thing):

- story mode graphics

- story mode pedestrian/traffic density

- animals

- all mini-games from story mode, strangers & freaks, etc., including AI support opponents for tennis and golf etc.

One day is too few to change something global. But anyway i'ill try to separate GTAO sessions to PvP and friendly.

PvP sessions will be same that is usual sessions now, but w\o passive mode and ewo.

Friendly sessions will be like permanent passive mode, but with collision (in police pursuite you became ghostly), able to use weapons (only against NPC, if а player somehow kill another player - kick from the session), BUT w\o able to start any freemode activity like crates\supplies delivery\sell, buisness battle etc. Also i'd like add ability to seat on a benches\ground\floor in apartment only in this type of sessions.

But I guess the orbital cannon exploit is a bigger issue, or the endless clouds you get stuck in and all that. Helicopter smoke is more specifically for me.

I actually didn't know that was an issue but I back you 100%.

 

Speaking of helisexuality, I'd allow the luxury choppers to go in passive mode. If the champagne is the problem, remove the champagne. But one should be allowed to fly one's Volatus in passive mode if one chooses. I would fix that.

- No more phone calls.

 

-  Remove the Daily Fees.

 

- Change the Mechanic's cooldown period from 5 minutes to 30 seconds & add a Return Vehicle to Garage option.

 

- Remove the Public Session business restrictions.

 

- Remove the insurance & bad sport points when destroying Weaponized vehicles.

 

- Bring the cops & dynamic weather from SP to Online, at least to Invite only & Solo sessions.

 

- Disable all the 3 scattered crates missions from Special Cargo.

 

- Make the Baller LE sound & perform like the XA-21.

 

- Allow people to own up to 5 Hangars.

 

- Send a list of vehicles to the design department to added over the course of the next updates.
