You will need a clean directory, with CLEO, Silentpatch, Modloader, Open Limit Adjuster & FM's Limit Adjuster installed alongside the Hoodlum .exe. By the way, this video made by the author it's only a preview of an unreleased WiP version. There is also another similar mod, actually better, with lots of options & in constant improvements. The stuff and functions showed in that video were never released. The author planned to make a tuning garage but the last version only included the door and light functions. That's why I suggested you to use Tuning Mod since that one actually works and comes with even more features than the planned-never-released Bence's Garage tuning update.
