Question is, of u have bought a high end car and want to sell where is this possible?

On the "normal" garages I reseave the message only can sell cars until 5000

If you're not getting full resale value for your PVs at LSC then you've been hit with a dupe penalty AFAIK.

Nope, because I buy the car doing jobs, heists etc.I dont like the car annymore and want to replace... So wat u saying cant be the problem.

I didn't say the car was a dupe, I said you might have a dupe penalty. Which affects all PVs.

 

But if you've never duped or used race glitches then r* support ticket is your friend.
