GTA UG Snapshot 3 Crash on Startup

The game loads completely, then crashes without showing a bit of the game environment. 

I previously used to play on Windows 7 and now I've switched to Windows 10, when the problem arises.

The same happens for both the previously saved game (from the one I used on Win 7) and in case of a new game.

why are you using snapshot 3?use 3.3.7 standalone version and paste it on a clean GTA San Andreas.

@IssamRocks I can just hope to have it, as neither my PC has enough storage for such a huge amount of memory nor I have access to unlimited reliable internet connection to download the stuff! 
So, if you have a better solution to my problem with Snapshot 3, you're welcome!

Or you can download 3.3 first then 3.3.7

I am pretty sure the devs will compress and make the game use less storage space and memory in the future.
