Some years ago, I installed a Batman mod of GTA SA. Then deleted it later, and now I wanna download and install it again but can't find it :,( If you guys can find the mod, please contact me. The mod had:
A wayne manor, with a maze garden and under the garden there was a secret batcave (with vehicles, and hydra). The second entrance for it was a road, a bit far away.
When open the map, there was bat symbols showing the places related to the mod (for example, batcave, bunker, penthouse)
Bruce Wayne's another house and batcave below it, it was on a lake on back o' beyond.
Batman's alot of vehicles, planes, helicopters. 
The mod wasn't Gotham City (I tried it already, it crashes)
It was something like "TDKR",  I think I found before on Youtube video.
Batcape
Villians and allies peds
Guns of batman
Other features of Batman, etc.

Please help me, I really want to play the mod. If you know a mod which has the features written above, please let me know. Please help me find the mod. I'll appreciate :D

Well, please read my post carefully. It clearly says that, I want the mod that got 2 Wayne Manors. The mod, you linked, includes only 1.
I said, I want a mod that has a Wayne Manor with a maze garden, and under it there should be a huge batcave with vehicles such as Batmobile, Batpod, Batwing.
I also gave a video for that, at the end of the post. Please look at it, and the video contains the things I'm talking about, that Wayne manor, those vehicles.

The mod isn't Gotham City, but similiar to it. And less laggy, and not that much size compared to Gotham City.
Please, take a look again and find me the mod that I played some years ago... I miss it, alot. 
Oh and btw, the mod's author is maybe, Metalman. And the name.. of the mod... The Dark Knight begins v4, but there are no links for v4, just videos. Please try to find the links for v4 version.

The things you're mentioning seems to be part of another mod or complementary stuff made by somebody else since the original topic never says anything like a v4. v3 was the last one and we have to keep in mind that is a really old mod by the way. 

 

This is the closest thing to v4 I could found. Hope it is what you want but I don't mind keep looking. I'm here to help ;)

Yes, and as I said, v4 doesn't exist (that's how people mistakenly calls Gotham City mod). "GTA SA The Dark Knight Begins" was made by KnightProwl and the Dark Knight Modding Group as mentioned in the original ReadMe file of the last released version. Metallman was part of that group and he only made some models and textures.

 

The mods showed in this video are from TDKB & Gotham City. Both mods have the Wayne's Manor but in different locations, as seen in the mentioned video. Gotham City is an addition to TDKB or as some could say, based on the last one. So, you can always download GC and only install the parts that you want.

It's like googling for Overdose Effects v1.6 and find out a lot of videos reviewing it when there's not even v1.5 part 2 yet.

Well, last night I tried to remember something. Then, I remembered...
I downloaded the mod from a non-English Youtube video (not sure, but I remember some kind of this)
The mod had 4 parts.

And also, as you say, I should download GC mod and install the parts I want. Like, links? I don't understand what you mean.
How can I do that? I downloaded GC mod and the maps aren't loading, I always lag and get FPS drops if I went to a map of the mod.
But this, the lag, wasn't the case before. When I had the mod that I'm talking about, I didn't lag. It was smooth, and it didn't have Arkham Asylum map, and also some other maps. And when I spawn at CJ house (with GC mod), when I look up, I see Bruce Manor's house. Floating, maybe a glitch.

Also, gta.dat crashed GC mod, but I replaced it with the original. I don't think GC is the mod I'm talking about.
Can you please search more? Or tell me what you meant or what should I do? I'm confused, hell is this sh*t.

 

And can you at-least give me the mod that's used in the video? 'Cause I didn't understand any of the things you wrote.

I checked Youtube for some stuff, found a-lot of videos showing the mod but with no links.. one of the video:

@MysterdoggOkay, stop finding the mod. I installed GC mod, everything is fine except...
MAPS!

Custom maps don't load, I don't want them to! I just want those 2 Wayne Manors and 2 Batcaves load, and others just get deleted or not load.
How to make it like that?

Well, I stopped looking when I posted my last reply.

 

But knowing that you still have some troubles trying to use the mod, I've decided to make an updated version for current usage with mods like Mixsets, FM's Limit Adjuster, Open Limit Adjuster & Modloader; you will need all of them for playing. Here you have both mods: The Dark Knight Begins v3 & Gotham City

I tried your NoExtraMaps file. It fixes the lag, and no maps, but! The map's lands are not showing, but I can still walk on it and vehicles are there! Please fix this too. Here's a screenshot of whats wrong (incase you didn't understand me):

I need to install all the mods? Or just that NoExtraMaps one?
And also, all maps are fine except the one I showed in the Screenshot.

As I said, you need of all them prior installing TDKB or GC. Those are mandatory mods, you should always use them. You also need this one.

Can't I replace the map with another, maybe the map file is glitched? Can I do it? If yes, then can you please provide me your Batcave's map?

Here, it's the only file I have. Remember to install GC in a clean game because although I make it compatible with Modloader, you still need to have a prepared game directory with no other maps and of course the mandatory mods. OMG, the problem was fixed with Open Limit Adjuster.
Okay, now just ONE MORE THING. JUST 1 MORE PROBLEM LEFT. 
Why is a weird thing floating above CJ house and the area.. It also blocks my way to the other side, take a look!:

It's the labyrinth found in Wayne's manor. It shouldn't be there and knowing that it works fine in my game and that presumably you're just using OLA, install SilentPatch & Mixsets. Both are meant to replace old an outdated mods like those stream memory fixers.

Yes, my GC version has a lower size because I've removed all of the optional, unnecessary & bugged files (there are probably a couple of missing vehicles but you can eventually download them separately). That's why it's an updated version since it's not allowed to share mod packs here

Can't find download option at the site you gave for FM limit adjuster. There's a text, Download, but I don't think it's a button. Help?

Follow the guide, you need to directly paste all of the files extracted from GC into your directory overwriting the CLEO, Models & Modloader folders.

Show me your crash log generated by Modloader or FM's Limit Adjuster. Just in case, use this .exe file.
