Lonely-Martin
Hey all, hoping to add to here. Just wondering if there's any music tracks out there that you either grew to love by hearing something fresh in a movie, TV show, or videogame even? Something that's not in your usual genre or style that you just can't stop singing away to or grew into the artist because of a lucky find or memory or something? Likewise, is there any tracks out there that you absolutely loved but then a movie, TV show, or game came up and rinsed it so much, you can't stand the track now? ----------------- For me, a few. But I have to say, after watching Chappie, I found Die Antwoord. Bit different but a guilty pleasure for me now. It really makes me smile as these guys just seem to be enjoying the moment and like to be a bit out there. And one I hate. Guns and Roses - Paradise City. Burnout Paradise killed that track for me, not that it was an absolute favourite mind, bit I didn't mind it at all, now I just skip it every time it comes on anywhere. Plus I like chatting movies/Music, so hope this adds something. (I searched, but if done, please close this off by all means). Thanks for reading. The Time Ranger
From movies the soundtrack from Drive introduced me to synthwave type music, The soundtrack from the original Tony Hawks Underground was great, I still listen to some of the tracks today, same with Gta, particularly San Andreas. Radio X and kds-t especially, it was an introduction to rock music for me. Lonely-Martin
Bryce Montrose
Hey Arnold!, when I was a kid I always love this show, but when I grown up I realized this show was not entertaining and boring, Hey Arnold! might be good for giving advice for kids, but from the entertainment side it is very boring, I only like the horror theme episodes, and I forgot the rest of episodes Lonely-Martin

I'd need to re-watch those to see if they're still as fun as I remember but do remember them being quite good on the drama side of things too. I'm sure they'd be slow paced compared to some of today's cartoon shows too, something like Phineas and Ferb I think isn't too far away from what Hey Arnold once was but do feel the musical numbers and humour of Phineas and Ferb is far more engaging too.
