Using Nightclub Only for Garage Space?

If I only want a nightclub for extra garage space, do I have to do any missions or will I get even more phone calls (I already get many calls and prompts begging me to buy a nightclub)?

 

I just want to make sure that I can let my nightclub die quietly and not be bombarded with even more intrusions into my gameplay, further breaking my immersion.

Tony calls if you're nightclub popularity gets too low, and I think paige still calls you even if you already have a terrorbyte.

If you have everything, like dj´s n sh*t and keep your popularity up, then only paige once everytime you join a lobby.

My second character has one but I’m just using it for storage...only Tony calls me and just once when I enter each session as I’ve not bothered doing anything other than buying the storage.

You don't have to do any mission, but Tony will call to urge you doing setup mission of nightclub.

 

Nightclub without setup is pretty cool. I have 4 versions of nightclub,1) without any setup, 2) with only equipment setup, 2) with only staff setup, 4) Full setup.

If you have other businesses, the nightclub is a no-brainer, though. It's passive crazy money.
