How to tell if PS2 version is Haitian friendly?

Just bought a copy of Vice City on the PS2 online and can't tell if it's the Haitian friendly version or not. What would be some giveaway signs? Here's a link of the listing, the second picture. https://www.adverts.ie/games/grand-theft-auto-vice-city-san-andreas-ps2/9637655

 

Has the woman with bikini on disc cover.

I bought a copy of the Vice City game too and I like to play this game
