If I remember correctly jezebelletooner created a thousand and one threads in a single day, 99% of them were locked mainly because he/she was figured to be trolling. For someone that only lasted 11 days on the Forum, they sure have made a lasting impression and clearly a worthwhile thread. 

 

Couldn't be a troll thread created by a troll to get everyone triggered, could it? Nah, people don't behave that way. Continue, it's amusing.

On a serious note though: How many people here can honestly say they have never achieved what they wanted due to griefers? I’m pretty sure everyone here owns more than they could ever need and can make money easily whenever they like. Yea griefers can be a pain, especially when you aren’t in the mood for it but I feel like they have only ever stopped me from achieveing what I felt I could achieve at a certain time (eg some people have a target they like to earn per hour) but overall they have never stopped me from building my own little empire with all the toys any lunatic could desire. They are a necessary evil, they provide that bit of doubt and excitement that comes with every public lobby sale. They cause frustration but also moments of pride and achievement when you get your stuff done while holding them at bay. Nobody would enjoy the sun if it didn’t rain occasionally

I mean, I have what I have because I didn't want to play with those kinds of people. I'd have considerably less if I had to play legitimately. In fact, need to buy things I didn't want in the first place, like a akula, oppressor, more businesses and warehouses.

I just removed the potential for it. It's easy with how R* broke the game really, lol. I only sell in solo public, mostly nightclub once a week/fortnight (though did a little 2x recently and am going for the kifflom tattoo currently). If we're forced out of invite or solo public, I'll just quit businesses. On call is full of sh*t, but I made a mint there enough, always have.

 

It's why I don't play RDRO too though, I've no interest in unbalanced gaming personally, so I play with friends and those that like a similar game here in GTA:O, removing all the bollocks. Ain't got the time to waste.

9 out of 10 stop trying to kill me, even, and join up asap.     my friends list is full of them.  

 

of course, occasionally they're too busy handing me my ass, and i derive satisfaction from them thinking i've rage-quit, while i wave good-bye to the player list and just proceed to collect the money and wait for my friends to rejoin my session.

 

myself, though, when the mood is on me?  you're 100% right.    there's nothing that can stop me until i've run out of steam, because a.) the millions just keep on piling up, and b.) i'm probably drunk if i'm just griefing.

Well not anymore. Now tryhards have bad encounters with me.

Seems like they run out of ideas the second they are out of explo sniper ammo and their freshly aquired laser minigun has not enough range to touch me. Then they mostly f*ck off to their doomsday base to orbital me, wich also does not work since I'm watching them with the drone from inside my terrorbyte. After that they call in their broomstick mk2 and are very surprised when they can not lock onto me while their flares seem to have no effect on my missiles. After that they either finally take a hike or go passive to call me a modder from the safety of passive, claiming they will report me if I do not drop money. Since I'm not a modder I can not do that so they try to passive pop me and the whole circle of cancer starts ovver again.

Thats how 99% of fights against tryhards go wich makes you lot predictable as f*ck.

I found a pretty funny way to grief griefers. I just start a 7000 dollar Bunker sale.  Wait until theyre after me, start ghost org, jump out of the car and shoot them down. 

 

The funny thing is, they wont stop to attack your vehicle as they believe there are millions in it.

To be fair though, any player that starts up any of those jobs in public lobbies is pretty much asking for it. I wouldn't call attacking a Piracy Prevention yacht, or killing the Executive, or stealing the diamonds, or taking the Stand Your Ground etc etc as griefing. Not in a million years. Those games are PvP in nature, and I wouldn't expect any players to ignore the bat-signal when any of those begin.

Because even im sitting on 17000 Kills, 4000 deaths and 9000 headshot kills i try  to play fair and to have a challenge to get better and better. 

 

Everybody knows that while players  are doing a sale are easy targets.

 

Imho are  griefers player whove tried PvP but failed miserably but to get some kills theyve chosen the easy way.

 

Just for the case we will  meet us in a deathmatch

They can't even afford to buy Shark Cards.

 

They either grind in either solo public or crew sessions (the irony) or they just glitch or mod their way to the top just so they can disrupt the grind of other players who are legitimately playing.
