He is Jack O'Connell born in 1970, formerly of the Flying Squad. In 2001, he was working on the Republic club fire case and investigating the Collins gang. He exchanged gang information with Carter and Joe Fielding until Hammond started causing trouble in London. As mentioned before, he was investigating the massacre at the Republic when Clive McCormack ordered him to cover up the case as a "settling of scores" because he discovered that at the site of the fire some witnesses saw a burgundy Rover 75 fleeing at full speed and he immediately linked it to Jolson's boys and began to investigate them, when he almost got to frame Eyebrows, he had a firefight with O'Connell and his colleague, during the shootout Eyebrows killed his colleague and managed to escape, from there McCormack not only suspended him from the case but expelled him from the Flying Squad accusing him of the death of his colleague due to his stubbornness in doing his own thing... He continued to collaborate silently with Carter, who meanwhile discovered that behind the commotion in London was Mark Hammond, and it was O'Connell who put the flea in Joe's ear regarding the fact that according to him McCormack was a corrupt bastard, paid by Charlie Jolson... only he had not the evidence to prove it....until his intuition came true without him ever knowing it because at the moment Hammond killed the head of the Flying Squad at Snow Hill, during Hammond's escape from the station, O'Connell was there to collect his things and in the shootout that followed he intercepted him and chased him on board his MGB, and was one step away from catching him when at a crossroads, either because of the red light or because of the timing, Hammond passed him unharmed while O'Connell took an armored van full in the side that crashed him into a wall demolishing the car and sending him into a coma until the end of the events of the first The Getaway.
After emerging from a coma and rehabilitation, Carter learned of McCormack's corruption, offering him the chance to rejoin not only MetroPol but also the Flying Squad. He refused. O'Connell, in addition to suffering from PTSD related to his colleague's death, believed there was too much corruption in the district, so he decided to move to Paleto Bay, America.
Once settled there, thanks to his excellent resume, he managed to secure a place with the San Andreas County Sheriff's Office. After several years of service, a case led to him being offered a position in the LSPD, where he eventually rose to become Supervisor Sergeant of the Los Santos Anti-Gang Division.

I've decided to return to GTA Online after a long hiatus. This game has grown unbelievably since I last played it. So, I decided I want to start over with a new character. Here is a graphical presentation of my legacy GTA Online character, before she withdraws all of her hard-earned cash and kicks up her feet.

There's a ton of tutorials on youtube. Those are a good baseline, but in the end it comes down to trial and error, especially since your character looks different in the editor compared to the game, because of different lighting and fov.
