This short version is in the game files but unused, I swapped the models with OpenIV. Replace jbib_019_u.ydd in "Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday22ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\patchday22ng_female.rpf\mp_f_freemode_01_mp_f_vinewood" with the short dress that can be found in the casino update files.

The particular texture is made by me and can be found here https://www.gta5-mods.com/player/dress-textures-for-mp-female I might or might not make some more, depending on laziness.

Sorry I haven't installed anything like this before. Can I actually use this in online lobbies or will I get banned for modifying game files ?

You don't have to, you can use online character in Director mode.

Well, it's good to be back on console, but f*ck me... I had so many clips and footage just lying there I had to figure why it was there to begin with. It was also a good time to update my characters' appearances. I can't believe how bad I was before moving to PC

 

I finally did it: I've created an older asian-looking woman that resembles a human being.

 

 

I don't know what was the big deal with the new clothes. I like them. For one, they're new and they're not just reskins. Anything that resembles regular clothes and not zoomercore neon camo is fine by me. On the other hand I've been keeping up with the PC mods and those are simply amazing, but at least R* tried. Or not.
