Yeah they deserve to go down to third division again. Pathetic piece of sh*t team.

It's as if you started watching football yesterday.

P.S. That was a shocker from Joe Hart. Yaya bailed us out today. Sterling still has a lot of improving to do.

I've been watching football since I was 5. Funny how you're from India and refer to City as "us" lmao I'm from Manchester and don't even refer to Man Utd like that you fake fan.

I bet you never heard of Man City until they became the richest team.

Yeah, lets not do that whole "you shouldn't be supporting this team or that team cause you're not from round here" or "fake fan" argument, cause it falls flat on its arse.

Also calling out on referring to your chosen team as "us"... come on, you reaching on that argument.

'richest team', 'fake fan lmao' United are giving 350K a week to a striker who can barely finish nowadays. Even the manager doesn't dare to give him atleast a week or two of rest to get back into form. You also pay 35 mil for a talented youngster and make him play out of his natural position on the left side. You guys paid 60 mil for Di Maria and he turns out to be a flop too. And we are throwing money ? hmph,

And yes, I may not be from Manchester but I love to watch Manchester City play. I feel down when they lose and feel pumped up when they win. It doesnt matter whether you are from England or India, Premier League is one of the best leagues in the world and there are going to be fans from places you havent even read about, which is why its so popular. It's the fans who define the club too and are a very important part of it. And hence I refer to City as "us". I am glad you dont refer to United like that because they dont need sorry ass fans like you who do nothing except talk sh*t about their rival clubs.

Since you're a Chelsea fan, maybe you can answer me this:

- Couldn't K. Bruyne (still) be on Chelsea's (starting) team?

- Last season's Hazard's worshiping speech (will soon be better than Messi/Ronaldo) by M, truly made the lad grow up for the current season?

- (just wondering) If either Klopp or Mourinho were at any of Man's teams from the start, would the FA be like La Liga? ;)

- Apparently, Mourinho wanted KDB to stay but he wanted to play every match and the board wanted to cash in on him. At the time, it seemed like good business so can't really blame either parties for their decision. In the end, we did lose out on a good player but it's difficult to always foresee such things. Case in point, Gerard Pique and Paul Pogba @ Man Utd.

- I believe he simply wanted to egg on Hazard further but unfortunately, it hasn't worked. Hazard is just not a natural scorer. He should concentrate on creating because he's really good at that. I wish he looks up to Willian for the amount of effort and tireless running he does on the pitch. Honestly, Willian is better than Hazard on current form.

- I don't think so. The FA would still be c*nts.

But you do realise that the money we spend in the transfer market is the club's money? We spend that money because we can. Manchester United is worth over £1 billion. It's not like we have rich Arab owners pumping money into the club. We are where we are because of success.

The Chelsea situation is worrying me but they do have a history of sacking managers when going gets... Well anything. Di mateo wins champs league and gets sacked.

I think they'll stick with mourinho for the time being, till after Christmas. The severance package is going to be too big, but they have like 75m from sponsors, and who wants to sponsor a poor team?

All this finger pointing to mourinho but what of the players? They need to step up tbh. Send out the f*cking reserves next week.

What mourinho needs to do is shut up with his moaning and conspiracies, and focus on the team. He's like a little kid, and I'm sick of it. Ref decisions do go against you, but while Lukas was lucky to not be sent off, so was Costa. It looks to me that mourinho has simply given up. If that's the case then he has to go.

Bad times is where a club is tested and where the prove themselves. Jose is the best manager in the world? Time to prove it man. I believe they can recover but title and champs league are out of reach now.

The only true wisdom is in knowing you know nothing.

Of course, I do. But there's nothing a fan can do. I have never let money or world class players become a factor of my support in City. I have been watching them since Robinho and Elano have played. Our success is not purely based on arab money.

Of course it is. Not even the most deluded City fan can deny that. City won f*ck all in the last 30 years before the takeover and they were not considered a big club. City as a club are not worth sh*t yet, totally rely on the money the owners pump into the club. I'm not saying it's a bad thing but you can't compare City to United or even Liverpool because clubs like that are self made and built on success.

I only talk sh*t about City, mainly because their fans (the ones who started supporting them when they became rich) are annoying.

I don't mind the other rival clubs, even Liverpool who United are supposed to have the biggest rivalry with. In fact I'm happy for them that they're doing better now under Klopp.

But you do realise that the money we spend in the transfer market is the club's money? We spend that money because we can. Manchester United is worth over £1 billion. It's not like we have rich Arab owners pumping money into the club. We are where we are because of success.

City are where they are because of money. Don't be delusional.

Yes, right now in 2015 you can say it's because of success but if the rich Arab owners didn't buy them in 2008 they would still be a mid table team.

United on the other hand have been successful for a very long time so you can't say they were given anything.

Yes it is. Without sheikh mansour coming in, you would not have Aguero, De Bruyne, Yaya Toure, in fact the whole team would be non existent. The worst thing is that you barely have any players from your academy that are home grown, maybe 1 or 2 at the most.

I think it's more than just bad form hampering us at the minute. I think Mourinho has lost a portion of the dressing room. There seems to be a split and certain players aren't playing for him and giving their best. It's hard to say, but for things to be so extraordinarily bad, there has to be something deeper going on. I don't know which players it is, I could take a guess at a few. Whoever it is though, we need to get rid of them. I don't care if it's half the first team, we need to ship them out and stick by Mourinho. I'm sick of players having so much power and deliberately underperforming and not giving their best efforts. I mean in football in general and also at Chelsea.

Let them rot in the reserves until winter or summer, and then sell them, I don't care. I'll stick by Mourinho no matter what. Hazard in particular is a f*cking joke at the minute. You cannot put it down to bad form alone, as long as a player is trying and working hard I won't criticise him that much, but Hazard is taking the piss. He came back from the summer out of shape and unfit and has just generally had a sh*tty unprofessional approach and he is not giving his all. At least when we had Torres he did try, he did put the effort in in training, in the matches and just in the way he applied himself overall. I just can't stand players who have a poor professional attitude. I f*cking hate it.

It's sad, that's the main thing. How much does a player earn on average a week just to kick a ball? Based on the average of the team, probably 40-50k a week and this is how they repay the fans and the club. Hazard especially is earning over 100k a week which is insane, and this is how he repays the club, the manager and the fans. The best thing would be to make him experience a proper full time job as a normal individual, let's see how hard he works then as well as the other players.

Well said. The club is bigger than the team - and the manager. Supposedly someone has said they'd rather lose than win for Jose. That's not on.

Guys like loftus cheek or Kennedy who might be hungry to play hard need to be chosen over those who CBA

Whatever it is Jose needs to address it and act. He needs to be the manager he was not this resigned, petty little kid he is now. I think he's a dead man walking, and he knows it. I hope they stick by him, and hope he turns it around but his attitude, his demeanour - they're not that of a fighter but of a loser IMO

Send the reserves out next game if need be

I read that FC Barcelona fans are going to bring 20,000 esteladas (Separatist flag) to the Camp Nou to show how they don't care about the sanctions UEFA has given them.

It must suck to be in a team that looks more like a political party rather than a football team.

United through to knockout stages! And we switched to a 4-4-2 system today which is great. However, I've noticed that it's actually the attacking players that are out of form. Even with the system change, there was barely any creativity or guts to move forwards, until lingard stepped up and assisted Rooney with a goal. Hopefully the players can get back to their thing and van gaal sticks to this system or goes with 4-3-3, no more 4-2-3-1 please, that was utter rubbish. And one more thing, Van Gaal went full retard today, he put Martial off for Fellaini. :D

Are you sure, as United are on 7 and PSV and Wolfsburg are both on 6 with two games to go?

City are are definitely through and what a performance as well, I would have taken a draw before the game considering the history of Seville, but Sterling was great and Fernando and Fernandinho were great in midfield.

My cousin, as an RCD Espanyol fan is happy as hell.

"Cheng Yansheng: “We want to make a Strong Espanyol”. The president and main Shareholder of the chinese business Rastar Group, has anounced today that their main goal is to pay the club's debt and once that is done, they will be focusing on building up a stronger team so Espanyol can go back to playing international competitions. Rastar group has bought 45.1% of RCD Espanyol Shares.

It would be great to have two teams in Barcelona with strength enough to be important league and Champions wise. Just like:

City and United

Madrid and Atletico

Would love to see Espanyol like in 2004-2006 where they were a very strong team and specially with these three:

1-0 over PSG and just barely, but with all the injuries, I'll take it!

That all but confirms we should go through as #1. Disappointed at Malmö's embarrassingly bad performance, however. Was hoping for a UEFA spot at least but I guess even that is out of the question unless by some miracle they manage to get a point against PSG or Real and Shakthar lose both.

If Cavani didn't miss that much, PSG would have scored at least 3 goals.

This is just disgusting... :v:

The Camp Nou ignores and challenges UEFA by showing more "esteladas" (Separatist flag) than ever before

Booing was heard when the Champions League anthem was played and many Independence chants where heard all match betwee Barça and Bate Borisov
Separatist organizations gave out 30,000 separatist flags to many fans.

Don't see the issue. Also I love UEFA's double standard of not allowing political gestures inside stadiums but then actively supporting the "Refugees welcome" bollocks. Bunch of absolute corrupt hypocritical c*nts. Didn't they also threaten Man City with some form of action when their supporters booed the CL anthem? Flags have always been a part of football culture, they shouldn't be banned.

As neither a supporter of City or United, you're dumb. Just look at how much United have spent in the last few seasons to get back into the Champions League.

Doesn't matter, United have always been there so they deserve to be. Also, if you look at who they spent the most on (Di Maria, Falcao), those players didn't do much so technically that money was wasted as they could have got back into it without having them in the team.

Christ who gives a sh*t? We get it, you despise City. They have a bunch of money, bought a bunch of good players, and still had a good manager bring them to where they are. Move on. It's not going to change anything.

-------------------------------------------------

Anyway, back on topic, Arsenal got murdered by Bayern. Now they pretty much need a miracle to keep alive in the Champions League. Well, there's always Europa league I guess.

Also, I hard Wenger is looking to call it a day in a year or so. Anyone knows anything about it?

Officially the news on Wenger leaving next year is pretty much at the same stage that you know of it. Rumours but looking likely.

Eh, as an Arsenal fan I'm happy to jack in the UCL and to be honest I'd be happy to finish last in the group to avoid the Europa league. Throw the kitchen sink at the PL this year instead.

He'll probably want to get that last season or two in Spain before calling it a day, so it would probably be as good a time as any. Although like United and Fergie, who's going to be that sacrificial lamb to go in there after Wenger.

Wenger needs to be given a chance ONLY if he buys a centre half and a more experienced CDM who is proven, Mertesacker is a big pile of sh*t who got heavily heavily exposed in the bayern game. And the age is killing him. I'd probably advice them to at least enquire about John Stones, because it's a club that he would go for right now, and he'd be very important. Just go for a good defender at least, I want to see Arsenal battle it out with us and City for the title. In order to challenge for the title, the logical thing to do is spend money on the right players, Arsenal haven't done that for 9 bloody years until Sanchez and Ozil lmfao.
