Yh he's pretty good at grinding and getting results. He'll keep them up. They need to keep Berahinho though.

Hopefully we can beat the spuds, and City's bogey team will get something from them. Actually, Sunderland have been our bogey team of late too.

Have a Bet on for City, Pool, Newcastle and Chelsea, so if the chavs beat Tottenham today won't be the worst thing in the world.

I think Pardew is going to Palace because he keeps gettign threatened with the sack at newcastle and then a month alter he is god's gift to football in their eyes, he might be sick of their fans being so fickle and worried Ashley might get jumpy with the trigger finger as he has done in the past, he might also think he can pull a Pulis.

I can assure you that there aren't many up here who think he's "god's gift" after he grinds out the odd one goal victory after a long run of at-best uninspiring performances. He hadn't been threatened with the sack until recently (if I recall right, after starting the season with no wins in in seven games, Ashley had a bit of a slip-up and let loose to someone that he was contemplating it but brushed it off as a laugh), despite a sh*te end to last season and a bit of a relegation fight the season before that. I imagine he got a bit fed up of the abuse from the fans and bolted whilst he still had a slither of his reputation left. I'm amazed another club came in for him let alone shelled out £3.5m (apparently) compensation for him. I can't say I'll be sad to see the back of him, but, that said, he was more a symptom of the problem than the cause of it. I'm not sure what manager in his right mind would want to come to club, I'm half-dreading to wake up tomorrow to news that Joe Kinnear's got the job.

I am really glad that he is away from Arsenal where his talent was wasted despite him being as loyal as it gets to his club.

Arsenal pretty much ruined podolski tbh.

:monocle: Podolski still made the World Cup winning Germany squad, whilst an Arsenal player.

In his second season he suffered a hamstring injury, Arsenal didn't ruin him. ;)

Enjoy. Sad to see him go, but it's the right time.

Moyes Sociedad currently beating Barcelona. Enrique benched Neymar & Messi despite having failed to win at San Sebastian for the last 10 seasons or something (that might be a wrong stat haha)

Luis Enrique is laughably sh*t at being a manager.

edit: Moyes won

Madrid 39

Barcelona 38

Atletico De Madrid 38

close league...

I don't even know why Enrique took Sociedad so lightly, they have beaten Real and Atletico this season too. And last year, they beat us 3-1. They are far from a team that can be taken so lightly.

Good morale booster for Moyes I guess.

How can any one support more than one club is beyond my comprehension.

He's been loaned out anyways, with Sanchez on good form, the move makes sense if Podolski wants more first team action.

Two cracking goals from Gerrard tonight. Love the FA cup.

I support Arsenal and Bayern lol. One in each league so that I have a bone to pick in either argument.

If Podolski will return an even better player and come back to Arsenal (or another Bundesliga club) then I am all for it, it just depresses me that he left for a league such as Serie A.

The only good thing to come out of this is that with both Podolski and Klose both being in Serie A, my Ultimate Team will get some really good chemistry.

Easy if they're in different countries, myself I'm a City fan and a Raith Rovers fan, England and Scotland respectively. And most us do have soft spots for teams from other countries as well, maybe not a full on supporter but a team you keep a little eye on... hell even in your own country, I've got a bit of a soft spot for Gillingham going back to the '99 play off final.

If I was to go for other teams in other countries I keep an eye on, I would go with both Athletico Madrid and Valencia in Spain, Torino in Italy, Kaiserslautern in Germany... I mean their logo looks like "F*CK" and my new boys to look out for New York City FC and Melbourne City

I support CE Sabadell only, but I still root for different teams in La Liga (Since Sabadell is second division):

Spain:

-Espanyol (The one and only team with a real Barcelona flavor ;)

- Atletico (Like How they beat both FCB & Madrid)

- Girona FC (Sabadell and Girona fans have good relationship since both of us think the Catalan Media dosen't give us the support and coverage we deserve. We both hope the best with each other.

-Nastic Tarragona FC: (Same as Girona)

Italy:

- Naples (Love Callejon, the city and the fans)

France:

- Le Havre AC (Ligue 2 French team of a small city I visited and found very nice with a nice stadium too.

UK:

- Bristol Rovers (Same colors same spirit both their fans and ours like each other.

Russia:

- Zenit (Like them good players... Still remember Kanunikov in FIFA 13:) )

- Terek Grozny: love the colors and the fact this team is from one of the most dangerous places in Russia.

-Anzhi Ma... (Eto'o and Roberto Carlos played here + same as Terek )

Transnistria (Moldavia breakaway State)

- FC Tiraspol. (A small team that tries to win the Tiraspol derby against the millionaires of the FC Sheriff Tiraspol)

Liechtenstein

- FC Vaduz (small team from a small country that play in the Swiss League)

As you can see I love weird football teams but I love even more, weird national teams!

he's been reported to have serious bust ups with luis enrique in training, even going as far as complaining to the board.

i don't think messi is staying in barcelona after all the sh*t he's had over the last few years.
