One of the early players is stating 1080p 60 FPS with a FX 4350, 270X and 4 GB of RAM. Thats IMMENSE if true. Truly truly immense.

 

He's not a newbie, so I doubt he's bullsh*t. Hes posting screenshots and is at 1920 x 1080. That said, hes not made into Los Santos yet, still in prologue and keeps stopping to post screenies, so cant really say how performance will be in game world.

Thats normal... It only changes on each hour that passes... In 9mins it will say "...approximately 1 hour"
