That's the R* Russia channel. At least check the main one. Also they said this trailer was Newswire exclusive... Which leads me to think they actually didn't want that much exposure for this one. Which may explain why it was underwhelming for some, maybe we'll have something epic still.

Looking at that, I'd say yes. This reminds me of the sighting of a V PC folder back in like 2012 on a Social Club update for Max Payne 3.
