That polish site recommended 32gb in a rig to run ultra 1080p.I'm not using that as a reliable source, It's not a big deal anyway. We'll see how it performs when it realeses

Frabklin is unlocked first, about three missions later you get Michael and then around ten or so to unlock Trevor.

Recommended is 8gb, should be fine. A lot of people could be in the boat of getting a little more ram because this and very few titles have gone to recommended 4+.

R* mentions the specs that they ran V with and then out of no where it became the "4k recommended requirements",now i see people linking RAM with resolution,this is just insane,8GB perfectly fits any game at any resolution,whoever made that artical is smoking something strong,you will be able to play this masterpiece at 4K with a 7870 or a 760 with just 2GB of VRAM at 30 framers per second(source),and you're telling me we need 32gigs and a 980 for 4K ?

I highly doubt it is with all sliders set to High, I would rather bet on a mix of low-medium.

Which could lead to let's say 1080p @ 40 FPS with every sliders set to medium.

 

Else as you said, it would mean that optimization is insane !
