If you get a heist car from a magician, and you haven't beaten the heist that actually unlocks the car, will it stick?

Like lets say I want a Casco, but I haven't beaten the Prison Break heist, would it stay in my garage?

This. The thing is, maybe if there was like a few requesters around here, he would be able to say when he opens. However if he's going to say a time and set date... You can bet your ass he'll get 100+ requests the moment the shop opens. Leaving Dev all sore by the end of the day

I know, it just seem a bit unfair to to Scold me or Mock me with that Gif considering there is no way I could've Known how busy he is with Requests. All I've seen Posted was about two or three Requests so far today, I didn't realize if he Posted a Time when he would he'd get Bombarded with Requests.
