Both work, and both require that form - unless you're duping it off somebody that isn't magic.

 

You need to do some duping to get a car from him, but resprays are easy for both of you.

No. He can spawn one in for you, the only downside is you have to then dupe it off him.

Everything's normal with them - Except for that they only sell for the upgrade's worth.

What i can tell you is this untill a modder replies:

 

They can be modded as if they were legit

High-end cars if gifted from Dev cannot be sold.

Spawned vehicles with altered body styles cannot be reverted back once you got them 'unless a modder changes it for you once more'. Lets say you got a Classic coq with its trunk removed, you cannot at it in LSC. So you will have an endless coq from now on.

 

Painted stock rims info:

 

Got stock painted rim, but deside to go for a custom rim? The collor will remain on that custom rim.

 

Can you go back to stock and keep that collor like before? No you cannot. The collor will revert to stock dark alloy gray.

Don't fill out a request ticket and put, "Don't Care" for everything.

nope! only plates that are available are the ones in LS + YANKTON.

i dont see anywhere in the post regardin stock vehicles.. its your request so do as you please! just doesnt make sense why anyone would request a stock car when it can be fully upgraded for FREE

I would definitely like a stock Roosevelt, Sovereign and Lost Slamvan (White decal variant).

 

I misread the opening post, it seems. Also, I guess I just like upgrading them on my own. I would get them legitimately if I could, so I might as well upgrade them legitimately.
