Hey Drew check out this color, if you use Black Poly for the base instead of the Metals color it should be pretty close.

 

 

Arizona Blue

Primary, Secondary set to Metals Brushed Black Steel

Pearl set to Pure White

RGB is 1, 121, 135

IMO I think if you add a few drops of green to that color, you'll get a perfect match!
