Either. If you have a car that needs a little sprucing up, or you want to make it look Ugly as **** then just post a request with the car you have and what you need changed.

 

If you want a new shiny car custom built from scratch, then make sure you Read page 1 and fill out the form (which can be found on page 1).

Suggestion:

 

Looks good, if you want just matte black that's fine, just wanted to mention incase you didn't know.. any color is possible, even for tire smoke. On the first page if you scroll down on the OP you'll see a couple links to color combos users have created. Some are actually really cool and unique and are only obtained through 'magic'. It's worth checking out. Also, BP tires or no? I'm working now but when I get off I'll make it and add you, when I see you on I'll hook you up

I got held up at work a little late, but I'll be on in 30 minutes or less for edits and requests.

 

@User haha nah, I love the swagons.. Some people have some very odd tastes though, that's for sure. But hey, to each their own I guess.

 

@Cart Green tints are possible, and color smoke is possible.. but not for individual wheels. (if that's what you're asking?)

If u have patriot smoke and park it next to an edge and do a burnout,one rotates slower. So Its possible that the left rear one is red,while the other smokes blue. After that it might stay like that until u exit the car.But i'm sure RS patched that too,as its a harmless fun thing

you could ask for patriot smoke > park one wheel on the curb > spin out and wait for the color to offset = different tire smoke!
