It's not a glitch the game came with 500 thousand online and 500 thousand story mode cash and if you pre ordered the digital version you got a million dollars total and an extra 150 thousand Is that what your noticing

OT, but has anyone else has a glitch where you get a load of extra cash when transferring to next gen?

I transferred it and it has also affected me on my PS3 account for some reason.

 

I'm not complaining though!

Haven't purchased a new car yet as I've only got one free garage space and am not sure what is the best (new) car to purchase?

The billions go to those people who have messed up stats, from being given billions during the billionaire age for example. Apparently during transfer the system looks at your 'money earned' stat, does some math using the 'money spent' stat and some people have gotten whatever comes out in their account during the process. In my case I would be receiving 2.4 billion minus a bunch of millions. I do not want it. At all.

EDIT: I think personal plates stick so maybe magic plates will too?

I just feel bad, got em all sorted like a week or 2 ago by dSk and now they're all wiped.

Anyway, I'll wait a bit before requesting, who knows what the next update will bring!?!?
