So from others in the topic it's been confirmed that Rcokstar have f*cked the Akula?

 

If it's through lack of Q and A then they are incompetent half wits

If it's through design then Rcokstar need to.... you know what can't either be bothered finishing that sentence I quit this sh*t heap of a game back in October last year, but some how started playing again last month (f*ck only knows why). This DLC is a f*cking shambles and reconfirms why I quit: fixes nothing, changes nothing, yet more grind, and according to some the way they have set things up if you are not constantly on some sort of business related activity then you will just be loosing money and on top of that they have either opted to nerf or break one of the most effective anti-deluxo weapons the game has as well. Suck it Rcokstar I hope the half wits that are still opting to fork over real money for this steaming pile of whale phlegm have been worth driving away the long term fans for?

When the cutscene was rolling before we do the setups i just got the need to stab them all as soon as the setup was done and do a hostile takeover!

 

My second issue is the Pounder Custom! It handles like a sh*t! Got my hopes up when i saw we could buy a one! Saw in the trailer how it smashed cars and thinking this could be a MOC truck! But noop!

Hit a npc from behind and it grinds to a halt! Instead of pushing it away!!!!

 

And if doing the promote missions to a grind ad plenty of them like 20+ different missions!

 

And WHERE IS MY GLOWSTICKS????????

You answered your own question! When it can take out a grifers fun toy it NEEDS to be nerfed or removed!

If you are on PS4 you can ad mp3 to your share factory and ad the music you like! But yeah it needs a update!

From a creative standpoint, the franchise is in desperate need of some downtime. It's the same tired old crap, dressed up in a new outfit. 

We can only hope that  R* are saving all the innovative and exciting game modes for GTA6/GTAO2...assuming anyone still gives a sh*t by then.

One reason for the apathy and general disappointment to my mind is because this DLC has come at the wrong end of GTAO's lifecycle. This is what players should have been doing first, running seedy nightclubs and street level stuff, before building towards stealing cars, running companies and ultimately, saving the world. It's a shame they didn't have a plan for the overall arc to follow some form of natural progression.

The only issue is it doesn't matter about the overall context of the business, yes you may see running the Nightclub as a low level activity but the reality is that which ever CEO business you run the actual task is all low level rubbish, as I said earlier in the topic most folk in this game now have 5 apartments, 5 businesses, a stockpile of cars, a stock pile of aircraft, military vehicles coming out of our arse, 100mill plus and a yacht yet we are still expected to run business activities like we are the day one intern. It's pathetic in a real business the more you gain the more you move the ground work to those that sit beneath you, placing the running and decision of the business on your shoulders but in GTAO you are always the guy on the shopfloor with the broom no matter how much money or 'power' you have.

 

In GTAO if you have enough cash and 'power' you have two options, 1). Ignore the CEO stuff totally and just do whatever missions are fun or 2). Spend your time doing the CEO stuff, driving the slow arse vehicles, collecting the packages, ferrying the gimps around and all the boring tedious sh*te that no CEO on this planet would ever do themselves and since this new DLC doesn't added anything to make change 1) and only further expands 2). why would anyone who has enough money and stuff in this game want to spend any time or cash on buying a Nightclub? Remove the CEO, business and mission stuff and the Nightclubs aren't even fun or entertaining enough to justify buying them, the only purpose comes if you happen to have run out of garage space and need some more!

I’m sorry guys but I’m thoroughly enjoying the hate.  Makes me happy that I stopped putting time into this game.  And now hearing that the Akula is broken (easily the most effective and fun vehicle I use) I’m happy I don’t have time for this sh*t.  What a cluster f*ck of terrible.  

 

Who’d have thought that GTA would be reduced to to an AFK grindfest with more broken game mechanics than incentive to play.

 

One last note...f*ck shark cards and “free DLC”.  Putting value on in game cash destroyed this game...

You're assuming there will be a six in the near future. They will drag GTA:O out as long as they possibly can and probably won't do GTA 6 until the next generation of consoles gets ready to come out.

you can

Interaction Menu and then Hide other, it's the last option in there.

So there will most likely be a six, regardless of whether it's in the near future or not. I never assumed it was coming in the near future. I just asked if they will be injecting the same sh*t into the sequel.

Logs in database sees my success sell record is 80 percent. remembers that I some how always lose connection while stealing supplies or selling them. Says f*ck it and clicks steal supplies. then lo and f*cking behold after killing every1 at the meet up. I make my way to start blowin sh*t up and then boom connection lost. oh well, see you next year.

Why does c* have a fetish of adding useless ram wedges to vehicles and show them ram cars in trailers but then make them useless in gameplay?

they showed the rcv ramming cars in the doomsday heist trailer

and now they showed the pounder custom ramming cars in the after hours trailer even though again in gameplay the wedge is useless it doesn't help you in pushing other cars out of the way

In the creator, in the stunt track pieces, there is a medium bend (45 deg) then it goes straight to extra large bend...

 

...where is the large bend?

A friend and I was in a session and we decided to refill some of his supplies. He starts his MC and I join, we begin the supply mission and... I get no message.

 

I follow him to the spot and two crates appear. Despite being in the same MC I get the message to destroy his crates and I can't pick up the other crate.

 

We try to sell some goods from nightclub, but when he clicks the sell, he gets teleported outside his building and.... nothing. Tries again and same thing happens. Good job rockstar you ruined co-op play.

Why add armor plates as cosmetics option??? It's... You know... I'm in armoured vehicle, I'm safe, go f*ck yourself, losers! Yeah, losers!!! A random RPG guy pulls a trigger... Boom, your upgrades are useless, go cry to GTAF community and grind more. Or buy a stinky fish card and forget about this episode.

But seriously guys. I understand why Vigilante or Deluxo can be destroyed with one rocket. Fast, nimble cars with special abilities. But Mule, Pounder and Speedo... Slow as f*ck, even my granny can overtake them while walking, non turning, non braking, perfect targets. And you have an opportunity to enhance them with grenades, miniguns and armor platings. But all your upgrades are useless, you can't fight in freeroam in these vehicles, you can't defend yourself, you can't even get A to B!
