I had a bit of worry going into the Heist given the Host was a level 20.... but the other guys were a 96 and 100+ so that lifted my ease.

Then when we started the fight, I quickly realized this guy was either playing on a smurf account, using his second character, or just transitioned to CG too late to transfer. He knew exactly what he was doing and even grabbed the armor that most randoms flat out ignore.

 

We cleared out the prison in record time and..... the pilot left once we reached him

Come on Rockstar, Yes Trap door is a VS mission but it's not categorised as such, it's an Adversary mode.  I'm looking for a job that's categorised as "Versus Mission" so I can complete my last objective for the day and move on to something else.

Simeon missions are 2x right now so I go on call for a contact mission and 30 seconds later

 

 

I know there is less people playing free aim but surely with the amount that still play at least 1 person in the world is playing 2x missions on free aim

Un-f*cking-believable

By some sheer luck I got on-called into two finales in a row(Data Breach and Bogdan to be precise)........ and got kicked from both of them. Got kicked from Data Breach and ended up all the way in Paleto f*cking Bay. Pulled up my phone to go on-call again.... Bogdan Problem! 3 seconds later, kicked!

 

At least the guy I helped out immediately afterwards with Server Farm actually let me go into the finale. He even thanked me for my help after it was done, probably cause I accepted 15% but still.... it's nice to be thanked rather than stabbed in the back and not get a finale invite! This is the only Data Breaches finale I've actually been able to do during this event week, got cheated out of several.... and kicked from the rest.

Anyways the list goes on. It’s times like these that remind me why I stop playing for months on end sometimes. I could have these “hard” heists done within an hour if Rockstar would just let me do them by my lonesome. So much time wasted on idiots who haven’t got a clue. 

3. I have left a heist in embarrassment sometimes if I die from a really stupid mistake or at a crucial moment. But this is usually after a few restarts have already happened. However, I'm evolving to begin leaving heists far sooner. Restarts are a waste of time and sometimes it's better to cut your losses. Or you can stay and get annoyed or bored. 

 

4. I don't agree with demanding a "big" cut but I've demanded 20% as a random before even if I didn't do the setups. I'd look at it as compensation for the mission at hand. I'm not doing only 15% of the mission and the host - single-handledly - is not pulling 55% of the weight necessary to pass this. Especially when the host cherry picks a safe, goldilocks role for them to play and gives the randoms or higher ranks the tough jobs.  I'm one of the four people who can get us to the finish line. Compensate me accordingly to pass the current mission. Whatever happened before I came here is not my concern; that's the host's problem. This is not a tactic I use now btw (don't need the cash), but I've done it before and I understand it when it happens. 

 

For me the biggest problem with heists is restarts and the loading screen. Really hits home how much time is being wasted.

Been there lol. I accepted a random Pac Standard invite, I'm the second highest level, crowd control filler role while another player did the run.

 

I got bored standing in the bank so I thought I'd go kill a few cops before the other guy destroys the bikes, got one shotted as soon as I exited the bank.

 

Quit. Didn't deserve the money lol.

Yeah it's always the worst when you're a high rank. I've said things to other high ranks who've failed or caused restarts so when it's me who's the problem it always feels terrible. 

 

A few days ago I was feeling myself and got wild and crazy parachuting down to the beach at the end of the Prison Break: Finale. Lo and behold I faceplant into the sand at full speed, killing me and failing the mission for everyone. For a rank 320-something that's just...not okay (even if my cut was 0%).

I'm usually always in auto aim because it's so much easier to find jobs but this week I switched back to free aim to get extra rp when doing Simeon missions. So far I have tried to sell my bunker in free aim 3 times first time I got destroyed by a jet but closed the game and then sold it in a solo public lobby tonight was the second time and I again got destroyed by a jet but closed the game I tried again straight away for a third time with the same sale in the same session this time on the way to my last drop off some guy tried to kill me but for some reason we couldn't shoot each other.

 

So far my experience is free aim is full of jet griefing, Deluxo and explosive spamming, EWO, wall breaching and under the map cheaters, ghost org and off the rader and just complete a**holes it's like I'm back in bad sport again. F*ck the extra rp I'm going back to auto aim.

 

Also since the orbital cannon has been released I have seen it being used once in auto aim but in free aim I have seen it being used twice in the last 20 minutes.

 

f*cking NPCs they didn't even appear on the mini map until I hit them

one time during my xbox 360 days, i did a random humane labs setup and i was part of the ground crew.

we flew the chopper to the checkpoint over humane labs, i bailed out (i forgot to get a parachute) and i face planted onto the pavement and died.

Trying to finish Data Breech setups. 

 

Stuck on mission 2 because everyone that joins seems to be a trigger happy douche that attacks everything they see while in a deluxo.

 Friend says he has a friend who wants to do Prison Break. Says he's a legit player, who isn't a squeaker and knows what he's doing and all the tricks. I'm like alright, let's get this cancer done and over with because the dude somehow still hasn't done all the Heists yet.

 

We get through setups easy enough, few hiccups here and there because Mr. I Know All The Tricks doesn't understand that playing it safe and staying in the Kuruma is better than hopping out and getting lit up. We finish the last setup, and move onto the finale.

 

Guy says he has to go eat dinner so we gotta make it quick. It's the finale and takes a bit of time but whatever. He proceeds to rush through everything, getting himself killed because and I quote, "He's starving and wants to eat dinner like really soon!". We end up restarting half a dozen times because he refused to listen, and even my friend is getting pissed because dude doesn't want to take his time and do sh*t right the first time even though it may take a little longer. We fail again and guy goes, "Dude I'm starving. Let's take a break. I'll eat, then we can come back." Whatever.

 

Twenty minutes go by. Thirty. Forty. Guy still isn't back yet. Friend sends him a message, wondering if he's coming back. Gets a reply and guess what? Mr. I Know All The Tricks has been back for twenty minutes and already did the finale with randoms because he said my friend and I were putting too much pressure on him to do things right and he just wanted to get it done and over with. Friend is pissed and I'm livid because I just spent two and half hours trying to do setups with an idiot who refused to listen or do things the right way, only to get completely blown off because my friend and I wanted to do things the right way. 

 

I don't even care about the money I missed out on. It would be understandable if I was but what I'm saltiest about is carrying this dude. Having to teach him everything because despite what my friend said, he didn't know any tricks besides the bulletproof helmet and heist armor. And after we grin and bare it for so long he just decides doing it the right way, slowly and methodically, is just too damn complicated. Last time I ever help anyone in this game ever again.

I've lost count of how many times I've been dumped for finales to the point where I either choose to go on call and accept whatever I get knowing what I'm letting myself in for or I heist with players from the forum or GTAF crew knowing the job will get done.

i've had times when i would get a heist invite and i would join only to be kicked for no reason (same with random jobs i would join).

I was meaning more that I'd help do all the setups only to get cut for the finale.

 

But yeah, especially as my rank has got higher (for some odd reason) I'll get kicked from jobs. Also get kicked from races a lot.

I’m tired of these idiots who go afk during heist setup missions and heists themselves. If you have to go take a sh*t do it on your own times before you join someone’s heist or if you need to fill you face with twinkies do it on your own time too. QUIT WASTING EVERYONES TIMES.

EDIT: Also why does it change the word C*U*C*K to “nice person” on this site. Does it offend too many kiddies or what? I thought this was Grand Theft Auto (forums). Adult game with major language, nudity, and full blown sex scenes.
