So get this, I'm playing targeted assault with 3 other people and get up to the 2nd lap close to finishing in the first place then the game just goes to the clouds all of a sudden and drops me back in a new public lobby. What the hell was that for?

 

Someone quit? Somebody posted a gif somewhere today, showing what happens when the teams are uneven. What you described sounds essentially like what happened in their scenario.

 

 

Couldn't have been someone leaving because I would've gotten a screen for it instead of just getting dumped randomly back into a free-mode lobby. Whatever it was it did annoy me because I had a good lead and was very close to finishing the match.

Can Rockstar please fix the insurance system on consoles. I'm sick & tired of having to pay for Griefers vehicles when I blow them up but they can blow my friends and my vehicles up all day and not get charged a dime.

I hate going on call for a contact mission and seeing cages in spawn. It's usually 2 cages infused one into another, and they multiply with each consecutive mission the infected does. The infected is a dumbass who came from a public session where a modder spawned those damn cages. The infected is now also me and everyone in the mission. If 6 people do a mission, on the next one you can expect around 14 cages clipping into each other and shaking. They will fly all over if you shoot or touch them. The only way to get rid of the cage infection is close GTA entirely and restart. Story mode wont save you from the cages. They will follow you in every session. I hate cages. I hate modders.

Pros: Can be fun with the right partner (i.e crew member)

 

Cons: B*tch ass randoms decides to choose me as a preferred partner when i already picked my crew member. R* decides to throw the bone to random and have them partnered up with me.

 

What did i do? Quit that B*tch (which gave the dumbass random the boot) and host a new one. I'm not teaming up with a random so they can be lazy.

Surprised by the double money event for special cargo I quickly started to gather the stuff on my second character so I could fill up the warehouses and do a bunch of high value sales soon. Didn't have enough time last week so I kept it going with rest mode. I was just getting my warehouses up to 70 crates each and the game crashed. Just some error.

 

Thanks a lot, PS4. Now I'll have to wait until the next double money event. Betting that will take at least a year - if it EVER comes back at all. ****.

Four bloody days away (max) from a massive payout that I waited a long time for. Awesome.

 

Does anyone know when the last time was that this came around? I don't remember ever seeing double money on special cargo before, so if it did happen that would've been when I wasn't playing GTA Online.

I dont think x2 has ever happened b 4. 25% bonus every so often so its a crapshoot if the x2 will happen again but someone here has posted a list of updates and events by date that was very detailed so u can try to find that

Crew mates decided to help rank 60ish player do Humane heist, I jumped in. Well, the guy is under 13 and lives in Northern Idaho with satellite internet and 700 ping. Not only he can't comprehend the concept of time (5 mins ≠ 20 mins), but his lag is literally the worst I have ever seen: we were unable to move in our cars and in EMP there were NO enemies on the carrier because of it. We rushed to the jets just to be grounded again while this jackass started flying the Hydra without any cover. He DCed two or three times then I called it off. TL;DR: it's a damn disrespectful to play online games with internet like that.
