IDK even know if anyone has bitched about it recently, but it's a very common thing to bitch about so I'm gonna comment on it.

 

If you bitch about not being able to make money, you're a terrible GTA player. I made $850K this weekend, and $450K of that was done in about 5 hours of freemode. All I did was take advantage of things that seemed fun or easy. Bounties, Criminal Damage, Checkpoints in the air, VIP Work (HEADHUNTER). The other $400K or so is the 3 bunker sales I did. I didn't grind. That was just me f*cking around and taking it easy.

Easy, don't spend your money on this week's flavor of the week car. Do what you can to stay out of freeroam battles. Get yourself into businesses.

 

I took my wife's character and took it from 700 something in the bank and outfitted her with a fully upgraded bunker and three fully upgraded MC businesses in 2 weeks.

 

Once your businesses are established, making money is easy. Buy your supplies, get your sales done then go have fun in a lobby or whatever else tickles your fancy.

 

This becomes much easier if you are able to find like-minded friends. If you don't have any, sign up with a grinder crew.

 

BTW this weekend's take? About 7 Mil. And that included a lot of freeroam Deluxo/Oppressor/Jet extermination.

Come on Rockstar, your telling me I can't even use my CEO Office Garage vehicle workshop to modify a vehicle for my daily objective? Fine I understand that the "MOC" isn't technically a workshop so even if I do mod one of my Gunrunning vehicles it won't count as modifying it for the objective but my CEO garage vehicle workshop is a mod-shop or workshop or how ever you put it. Why do I have to drive to LSC in the middle of a warzone to complete my objective just because you don't count the CEO office garage workshop as a "Mod-shop".

Wow, so now when you try to buy a car in the lime green, and you haven't actually unlocked the paint job, you get a generic green matte paint job...... Had this happen to me before, this evening it happened again. Bought supplies to make guns worth 75K, decided to sell smaller amounts at a time. First batch sold for 30K in LS, second batch for 45K, also in LS. Not a cent profit from what I put in, but cheesy delivery runs for the heck of it. First run was easy peasy Insurgent run. Second one was the f*cking retarded moronic Marshall. What douche dev decided that this is a good idea? Camera went way up high, getting stuck behind trees, bushes on downwards slopes, somewhere the sun dont shine and what not. Delivered 4 out of the 5 supplies and then the car decided to roll off the hill straight into a tiny Marshall sized ditch at the ickle beach, sideways. Not a chance in Hell to get that ass of a car out, so I blew it up. Came back in my bunker to find supplies totally depleted and no stock....., so if deliveries go 100% well, I am breaking even at most! ....., with small batches delivered........ f*ck Gunrunning and the douche dev who thought it was a good idea. Its not worth any effort at all. Now, if I could only sell my useless ass bunker, it be gone in no time!

I know I'm not crazy. Rockstar has snuck in a police buff in the Doomsday update or something because police never did so much damage compared to years ago. I'm used to taking on waves of cops, but if they get in 5 shots my health is at red. I don't ever remember it being like this. They *are* doing more damage, not Clone damage, but certainly more than usual.

Doing another GR bonus would be nice, even if minimal. Or heck, double Air Cargo... that was fun, but I only filled one Hangar as I was rushing to finish my 1,000 crates.

 

I'm never touching a crate again. Those were so grindy and boring. Maybe if they outright remove the single crates, I'll return to that business....

 

Double Meth/Coke would be appreciated too.

Did a few contact Hotring races yesterday. I don’t have my own Hotring Sabre, so I just drove a regular one with the ”You Tool” text on the back. Saw it only when the race started and thought it was kind of fun. Anyway. I actually enjoyed it more than I thought I would, but man it really is a complete ramfest!

 

Some of the racers played nice and others didn’t, and the funny thing is that those who try to ram you often end up crashing themselves. Like, why even try so hard to ram someone? I don’t get it.

The best part was one race when we were on the first or second lap, someone rammed me and I lost my temper so I tried my best to ram them back as hard as I could, only three other cars were trying to pass on his other side, so I ended up ramming like 3, 4, maybe even 5 cars straight off the circuit all in one go.. it was hilarious!!

 

Since I don’t have a Hotring Sabre I do these races just for fun, with no prospect of winning. It all makes it very much more enjoyable. I realize now this wasn’t much of a B&M, sorry about that.

 

Well, I might have something to bitch about - these Engine Resistance flags that are crippling the cars of this update, will they affect ALL cars of the update? Because in that case that f*cking sucks... and really makes me feel like I don’t want to buy any car before that’s fixed. (Not even the Ellie)

Well, it's mostly driving in a straight line, slingshotting each person with slipstream and catch up. Of course it's going to be a bumper car f*ck fest.

I don't know how some of y'all can grind crates, honestly. I hadn't done it in over a year, but with double money figured I'd try it out again.

 

The missions are just abysmally boring compared to it's close cousin air freight. And they take so long to do when compared to I/E. But I tried, I stuck with it. Had over 200k in eight crates, thought "great! Let me sell em!"

 

Got the plane and got almost immediately shot out of the sky by a low level in a jet. Jesus, not only are these missions boring as all get out, the only safe way to do them is in a private lobby, making them even more boring! No thank you, I'll stick to I/E, at least the missions don't take as long because I'm in a fast car.
