that same guy kills himself when I come towards him

that same guy goes passive and runs to a Hydra

 

f*ck this game making the hydra tank a rocket, I keep hitting it thinking it'll go down before they have a chance to get inside in passive but keep finding out later it tanks a rocket, though to be fair, the Hydra will eventually fall I think its stupid that the thing can f*cking take off and fly around for a while even though it should have never managed to take off.

 

also between me carpet bombing and the guy running for a jet I get shot down by another jet who goes off passive and off radar to attack me then goes right back to passive

 

I hope next time you abuse passive like that somebody breaks into your home and stabs you right in the gut

Yeah, I've noticed that.

 

It seems like when I'm in a Hydra it's easy to take out. Goes out in one explosive or drops dead if hit by explosive sniper.... meanwhile a rocket I fire out of something hits them and they shrug it off and are able to safely fly back for a fresh one... or it takes four explosive rounds to kill their jet

Why in the world can I not edit the camera angle in the Alien Resupply? I know it's just an easter egg but damn. I got f*cked by the AI over 100 times to get here and I can't even take a decent picture to accommodate this achievement?

Not only that, but that entire chunk of the map is permanently like that now. I can't get nice shots of my Hunter taking off from my Zancudo hangar.

 

Or if I happen to pass anywhere near that area, the entire clip will be like that - even in areas where I'm in the city.

Usually it takes several games to make fans give up on a franchise. It amazes me how Rockstar managed to make that happen with one game and one online mode.

What the hell is with all of the Tryhards in this Game? People are all tough when you yourself have nothing to stand on and fight with your weapon inventory, but call in an APC or weaponized vehicle of some sort and the same people who were trying to kill you before now blow themselves up to get away from you.

 

Such an instance happened earlier today. I had a $5000 bounty on myself and at the same time was attempting to do my daily objective which involved me deploying my parachute under 100 Feet. I was doing such a task at the beach and I failed it a few times. When I respawned after I killed myself, I got spawned near someone and he got my bounty. Okay fair enough but after getting my bounty he still wants to take a bite out of me. So I Grab my Sniper out but he's doing the douche move of sniping and running in first person which makes it difficult to get a shot on him. I'm killed 3 times by him so I decide to pull out my APC. I get into it and start slowly coming up on him. Just before I can get a shot he swaps to an RPG and blows himself up on purpose. He does it again and again and again and so fourth every time I keep getting close to him with my APC. Finally he goes passive for a few seconds before leaving. So much for trying to be a tough guy. Not very tough when the big guns comes out eh?

But this is our world now...if you're faced with a challenge you take the easy way out. Don't play with people who are better than you, you might lose. Argh, this is a pain I know too well. I do a lot of curb-boosting and I'm pretty good at my driving lines so I've got a few messages telling me I'm cheating. After a couple of wins the host gets salty and kicks. I mean, it's no skin off my teeth, but it's a pain having to load into a new lobby and find a new race to join.

 

Some people just don't know how to handle losing. But if your strategy is PIT manoeuvres and kicking winners, you're already a loser imo (not you specifically, the host of races who does these things)

Curb boosting isnt cheating, its just stupid. This is the only game that allows you to race like youre having a seizure and rewards you for it.

 

There are race crews that forbid it and as a race host Ill make that disclaimer early...no boosting. Ill kick you if I see it happening.

No, catchup is stupid - curb-boosting gives you a competitive edge in an unfair environment. It's got to a point where if you're not curb boosting you're putting yourself at a disadvantage over the players that do.

 

Tbh anyone who kicks someone from a race in GTA is a bit pathetic... it's not meant to be a hardcore racing game and anyone who's done more than ONE race in GTA with randomers is well aware of that. Different horses for different courses and all that though. I'll keep racing how I race and I'll keep enjoying the game. If the racing police wanna take it up with me, wellllllllll, that's on them.

So I bought the Avenger while it was on discount (best mpney ever spent btw), and noticed for some reason when you enter it, it says Mammoth Avenger, even though it's displayed as a HVY on the Warstock website.

 

 

 

So what is it? A Mammoth (which makes sense since they did the Hydra and some aircrafts for Smuggler's Run) or a HVY (also makes sense since it's a heavy duty military-grade tilt-rotor aircraft, which is a shared characteristic with their vehicles)?
