This took place last night but I'm telling this now since I have some spare time on my hands.

 

Last night I landed into my Friends public lobby. I happened to have spawned close to someone with a bounty on their head, it takes a few kills before I get him but I eventually succeed in killing him and claiming the bounty for myself (It turns out it was only a $1000 bounty but better than nothing)

 

Now at the same time there was a pink organisation going after him too, I'll say it was only one person out of the two in that organisation going after Mr Bounty head. Because I claimed the bounty and pink org didn't they now turn to kill me. Unfortunately for me I can't call my friends over who were in the same session because they were doing CEO work so this was on myself. I'll admit I got smashed but I blame the respawn locations for that and 2ndly their stupid tactics of going into first person and using the 1st person movements with a sniper making it hard to aim on them when he is moving fast. Again I'm killed but Sir Pink a-lot is near my APC now... what does he do in the time it took me to respawn?

 

Oh yeah blows up my APC getting netting him a $20k premium insurance bill. I sent him a message saying "I hope the 20K you just used to blow up my APC was well worth it scrub".

 

He responded back saying "Yeah I have the money scrub".

 

I sent back "Let me guess, you either glitched it or used your mom's bank card to get such money as you don't look like the guy that does missions",

 

No response from him but I decided to be a "Jerk" and kill him with my fresh APC while he was sending me a message. Felt good and he's a$$ didn't see that coming.

 

I don't think he was messaging me when I sent the last response back to him because he's organisation leader came in some heavy armoured weaponised helicopter and blew my APC up again, except this time he wasn't stuck with the insurance bill but by this point my friends had moved onto a new server (or lobby) so I joined them leaving these d!ckheads behind. Some may see this as a "they won, because you gave up move". No that's not it, as I wasn't going to be wasting what sanity I had left in me for the night on these P!cks

 

I believe this is all over a $1000 bounty. a friggin $1000 bounty that they got salty with me because I claimed it and he didn't. Well he's loss and no $1000 for him.

You attacked someone, someone attacked you, you attacked them (while they were afk), they attacked you...what's the problem here? Sounds like a regular freeroam session to me. If you were peacefully trying to move cargo or something then your butthurt might be justified, but you were a willing participant in the PvP, and even employed your own dirty tricks. If you play with fire...

Crates B&M Time. But also a question.

 

Is it just me, or is it now almost bloody impossible to catch parachuting crates in mid-air now in your Buzzard? I swear those crates go through my Buzzard and can only be picked up once they hit the ground. It's bad enoguh that the 3 Helicopter crate mission eists, but now they're going to pevent me from catching the crates?

I swear those crates go through my Buzzard and can only be picked up once they hit the ground. It's bad enoguh that the 3 Helicopter crate mission eists, but now they're going to pevent me from catching the crates?

I hope not...catching crates was one of my favourite things the only fun thing to do in these missions.

Bounties were created for this 'chase the player' or to incite freemode battles type of gameplay, you won, but got a battle out of it. Seems normal. If you were peaceful in the session, you may not have had an issue. Basically, you picked a fight, won the battle, lost the war. For all you know, those 2 pink crew members were his friends too, on a party/text chat even, lol. Many of my friends are from mixed crews, and I'm not in one - I look alone out there, I'm certainly not, lol. That's the beauty of the game.

 

But when you lost a vehicle, you felt the need to get with the usual tryhard comment straight away, lol. And then when he just says $20k ain't sh*t, which it ain't for anyone playing this game well enough, let alone a team/co-op player, you assumed he was a cheat/child and that because he can afford to take out your troll toy (after all, they don't know your crewmates won't help you, that's on you too), you then get more insulted, texting further, lol. All the while acting like the very type you condemn. How do you know they don't do missions?. Freemode has many, and they are in their organisation after all playing/earning out there, sh*t, your boys were 'too busy' to help by doing these very missions, lol.

 

I've gone on call and every type of player heists out there, tryhards need discounts/unlocks too. I've earned well just from DDH by hitting bonuses and playing them often (helping those that want discounts/unlocks less than the cash - I clean up, lol), I've got friends that'll commend me and reverse BS points for destroying cars too if needed, I could spend all day blowing up your APC and even the fight, or swing the odds my/our way. And if he was a kid living off of mummy's cash cards, then you just got owned by one and his chums - And your friends let it happen, coz, well, money. What's money when a buddy needs a hand... Great bunch.

 

Gotta be a troll post, funny though. Lol. You were right, you got smashed... But by your own as much as the competition, lol.

Given that they are all still for sale at the original silly high prices would it really kill R* to buff some of the special vehicles and pegasus vehicles so that they are competitive with the newer content that has come along? In particular the Rocket Voltic (which was fine until they nerfed it), Phantom Wedge (at least give it bullet proof tyres) and Ruiner 2000.

 

Also how about a buff for the Cargobob? I mean why are we limited to a chopper with a hook so short it is hard to grab anything and lift so weak can barely move when carrying even the lightest of objects? They managed to provide us a decent-ish version for the Gun Running tank resupply mission so why not just give us that for free roam...

 

But no, they won't do that....

if anything it appears they have nerfed or broken the rockets on the Buzzard now.

I'm not sure here I'm afraid. Only had it pop up twice, both times I took the Valkyrie out before it got near. First time, it was the APC's cannon that sent me flying, lol. I'd spawn in and the smoke was around me too, making it look like I spawned in just as they were shooting me again. On the second run though, I managed to hide behind a concrete block and when he hit it, I lost all but that tiny bit of health, and shot the passenger asap, lol. Bad times.

I think I can confirm it. Just blew up the 3 helicopters again (had trouble with the 3rd one because the homing rockets were on strike and couldn't track a STRAIGHT SHOT) and I flew perfectly into the crate and went through it.

 

Must be a PC thing.

Same here(PC), and was used to catch the crates after exploding the three Froggers, haven't tried to chop with my rotors the three Merryweather dudes falling from Valkyrie though, those days I tend to spam Missiles/Barrage rockets at them anyway.

Why is it that no one is actually interested in teamwork, when doing a team based activity? No wonder R* won't try for more PvE. When you do it's still all for one and the only player that matters is the one who completes the objective. Usual resupply mission in Elysian Island where I had to steal the convoy, mindnumbing trip from Sandy Shores... and then suddenly

 

 

wow, since when APC also Valkyrie started taking full advantage of their own weaponry in Gunrunning resupply missions? Made me quit the game, lol which never did before

 

I've noticed this at least since Doomsday. If you can steal the APC/Insurgent in an overhead environment do it. Once you get into it, at least in my experience, they don't use the explosive canon.

 

Beware they are active on the Titan crate sell mission too. I was helping a friend and got f*cking smoked in my Akula before I even had tone on it. Still helped in a way, the Valkyrie did damage the Titan to the point it died but my friend was able to glide over his last drop and finish the sale.

 

He then landed the Titan again with no power. It was glorious.

 

Another tact you could use is block their way with the MOC and either HL the Valkyrie and take your chance of spooking the convoy or use the cannon on the MOC to dispatch it. At least with the MOC blocking their path they will be less likely to get too far.

So im about to rob this store and some fat f*ck npc decides to cower right infront of the door and I can't open it cause his fat f*cking ass is in the way and I can't shoot him because then the store clerk will run away so of course he never moved and I had to shoot lard ass and just as expected the store clerk ran away. Sometimes this game is so stupid.

They always announce their games at least two years in advance, f*ckin Rockstar. It'll be a full two years and some change between RDR2's announcement and when it comes out now.
