why is it when you jack an expensive car the original driver puts a really cheap bounty on you $1k - $2k but if you jack a cheap car it's original driver will put a bounty on you up from $5k - $9k??

I wouldn't call an Infernus cheap but I once got a 6k bounty put on me for stealing it. Maybe it's just random. I don't steal vehicles enough to notice these details.

I got a bounty for stealing a police cruiser earlier. It was the only vehicle I'd driven besides my Enduro, Bati, and Mallard during my entire playtime.

Not really a bitch nor a moan, but it's a bit strange, I feel.

I have to say that I'm a supporter of Rockstar's handling of the money in GTA in the whole but there are things creeping in that get on my tits. One thing is the price of the Lynx, it's a nice car but it's an incredibly obvious rip-off attempt.

 

Another thing, more insidious than that, is the fact that the most expensive CEO vehicle, costing 20K a pop no less, is the Turreted Limo which is the top vehicle in the list and therefore the most likely to be called by mistake with a double tap or whatnot. I know my mate calls it accidentally regularly and I have a few times too. Now Rockstar know full well that if they wanted to help people they'd put the Buzzard there but do they want to help people or do they want to quietly drain them of as much money as they can? Come on R* let's not go down this path.

yesterday i used the ifruit app on windows 10 and created a custom plate for my armored kuruma, when i logged in gtao and i took my armored kuruma to the central lsc.

since the garage i have it stored in is near the pacific standard bank and it's near the central lsc.

when i get it to the central lsc i find out i have no custom plate waiting for me and when i created it the ifruit app listed it as processed.

today my custom plate showed up but it cost me $107.800k (that's way too expensive).

If I could play the game long enough I might have something gameplay related to bitch about, but that "GTAV.exe has stopped working" that happens every 15-30 minutes kinda ruins that possibility for me.

I don't even know who to be angry at, I know I didn't have this problem a year ago, the game never crashed for me back then.

Reinstalled the game 3 weeks ago to give online another go and well...crash crash crash...BSOD...crash crash.

 

The BSOD is totally windows 10's fault since the same crap happens now and then, even when I'm not playing games, thanks for the nostalgia trip microsoft,

I haven't seen a BSOD on one of my own PC's since the late 90's or so and now I can relive that on a regular basis!

 

The other crashes that generates about a million different error log entries, making it impossible to pinpoint the actual source of the problem,

that I'm just gonna blame on R*, I'll just blame the game, it's the most convenient solution. I have tried all kinds of "fixes", Today I spent maybe 1 hour playing and about 6 hours trying to fix this sh*t so yeah... #PCnotSoMasterrace

 

 

That is faulty windows 10 for you and everyone, I used to play in windows 8.1 and was so happy BUT no you have to update to W10 it's so great, My Games lag so much in the middle of anything i do let it be a network lag or anything else, since Windows Update and Windows Defender starts automatically and uses network and ram resources like crazy, I've managed to disable Update in System options but Defender still ruins the fun since it's (Anti Malware Service Executable) starts scanning the network since GTAO uses P2P and any incoming peer connection is taken as malware threat and defender scans it slows down my game or pc on the whole.

I was going to revert back to 8.1 but dumb me deleted the Revert files to free up space and found out you need those files to revert back.

But W10 runs good enough now. I've managed to disable all the useless stuff only the WDefender still bugs from time to time.

Was just doing some cratework in a quiet session where there was another CEO doing the same - both of us in the same crew (Hot Rod Garage) so assumed it would be 'safe'. Get a double air drop and on my way back to collect the second one get the message saying the first has been destroyed, look on the map and sure enough there's a helicopter symbol where it was with a blue semi circle around it.

 

I know it's only £4k but I was furious at the principle, I thought there was an unwritten code that crew members don't do this kind of thing to each other. This other guy was a level 300+ player too so hardly a noob.

 

Anyway he went straight back to his cratework and I got my buzzard out & as soon as I got near him after he had picked up his collection he changed sessions mid flight.

Sigh.I was mad about being disqualified in an lts game because there was a weapon outside of the zone and I had to start car back up which ate like 2 seconds I only had 25.

 

Also I'm happy this thread is here because on gamefaqs nearly all my threads were bitch and moans and it seemed like I was the only one who got mad at the game.

 

And on gfaq everybody wants to fight on here I've seen much more benevolence.

I stopped doing the Lamar missions on the second one (?) where you have to stealthily get the cars from a to b. Is it just me (and whoever I seem to get 'helping') but what's the best way to get it done? Can you use Off The Radar?

You can't use any Lester abilities during those missions. Just drive avoiding the cops, going down side streets.

You unlock a shirt (or two? I think). So really not worth doing unless you wanna get that blip off your map.
