Ive bitched about this before but Im always reminded of it when there are X2 races:

I hate that only my first place finishes are tracked, not my podium wins. I get that GTA has a winner take all type of mentality but Id love to know how many times Ive finished in the top 3. Even in real life motorsports a first place finish is pretty rare, at least consistently.

Its a pointless bitch and moan I know. Who cares about stats in a game where theyre so easily manipulated? Hell I raced a guy last night with 700 wins and 36 losses and he wasnt even in the top 5 by the end of our race. With the numbers of people swapping wins or racing dirty, the winner take all type of record keeping really does nothing more than incentive people to race dirty. I cant even begin to count how many times Ive come in second or third because some chump decided to pit me instead of passing clean, usually taking us both out. Im not saying tracking those podium finishes is going to change that, but somehow it would be a touch less frustrating knowing that my 10 laps of clean racing and good lines wasnt going down as a loss because Xx420cocksmokerxX wanted to take me out on the last corner in fear of not being 1st.

Anyways...

Arrows to Athens

when a $36,000 Fusilade outpaces your $1.4M car

when your $1.4M car can't finish stunt races

21lVKOF.gif

The Fusilade is 4 mph faster than the Raiden, since the Raiden is electric, and thus has average average top speed, so that explains it.

Fusilade - 117.8 mph (in terms of super car top speed, that's exactly the same as the Infernus)

Raiden - 113.3 mph

I still don't know how it flew past you so damn quick, though. I mean, it's only a 4 mph difference.

The valkyrie is completely useless. it's outclassed by the hunter

Speed and agility - about the same

Weapons - Hunter has missile spam, missile barrage, bombs and a powerful explosive cannon for the co-pilot. Valkyrie has nothing for the pilot, a weaker explosive cannon for the co-pilot and two useless miniguns that are very difficult to aim.

Armor - Hunter is more durable and can carry countermeasures

The advantages the valkyrie has are very small. It's cheaper (2.85m is still a lot for a crappy helicopter though), It doesn't need a hangar, It's also a pegasus vehicle so you can call it in with no cooldown and it can carry 4 people instead of 2.

One thing you can use it for (if you find a good position, that is) are select gang attacks. Park in appropriate spot, man the mini-gun and have at it. :)

Going downhill like that bypasses the normal speed limiter. My Verlierer hits 210+ (214.33 to be exact) on the big drop stunt race.

Eeenh, honestly, I'm okay with the lack of level lock on post-launch additions. You gotta throw some sort of bone to the people coming in later when they're thrown right into the mix with those of us who've been in for years, and noobs still need to earn big ticket items like the RPG, Heavy sniper, minigun, vehicle upgrades etc.

Not the Homing Launcher.....

It still pisses me off to this day that any level 1 scrub can go get one. It's not fair to us level 100 +'s who had to work our asses off to get that RPG

I really don't understand what is going on in their heads when it hasn't loaded for 2 minutes.

I message them all the time when they're holding up a new Adversary mode that ends up fully filled and some insist on "Wait" despite me saying it wouldn't load and they had to restart the game.

I wish the host could just kick those people out, it'd make things a lot easier for everyone

Level locked exclusive vehicles and property make the most sense, or at least offer a discount like at level 500, you get 40% off anything in the game, any one item. At 750, it'd be the same thing but 50% and at 1,000, you'd get 75% off.

It's glitched money that props up griefing. Period.

If it weren't for these thieving cheating glitching degenerate f*cks, we wouldn't have jagoffs in Akulas blasting hard working organizations out of the sky due to boredom.

F*ck these cancerous pieces of sh*t. Goddamn them.

I dunno... I think any reasonably well-off player can afford to grief if they have a mind to, regardless of what method they use to get the funds. Hell, the griefiest player I know personally is as dirt poor as you can be. I'm talking so poor that when I offer to let him mug me for ammo money, he has to rob a store in order to pay Lamar first. Spends the bit of cash I can kick to him on explosives and the goes to town.

Griefers gonna grief no matter what.

But what are we talking about... like 8 million for literally 80 or 100 bucks or whatever?

No.

It's the glitchers, not the people paying.

You keep your head in the sand and believe whatever you want.

The 250k-500k griefing cost per hour IS NOT covered by shark cards.

Only dirty money can sustain degenerates.

Driving chernobog to LSIA

call pegasus vehicle so I can go through gate

gate only opens halfway

f*ckton of cops behind me

keep trying but it won't open fully so I can fit

reverse into cop cars piling up behind me

chernobog blows up from all the explosions

pay $20k because the game glitched a f*cking door that wouldn't open fully

-snip-

Lmfao. All you need to grief an entire lobby into submission is a free Lazer from Ft. Zancudo.

(maybe lay-off of GTA too, calling people degenerates for how they play a video game is not healthy)

Explosive sniper got nerfed, and the tryhard you faced just has good aim. I mean, I agree the game can be a joke but not in this particular situation (though there really needs to be more to gunfights than just rolling around like a madman)

Spraying a sniper rifle until you finally land a shot

good aim

Yeah a one-hit kill (probably a headshot) while strafing seems like good aim to me.

lol I strafe to aim, it makes it easier, if you use a sniper, you fire one shot to get one kill not spray and pray

Like I mentioned the other day, this seems to be an ongoing bug that has been here for the last couple of years now. Rockstar could easily patch it as I'm sure they know the fix to it but you know how their priorities are.

P.S I'm not having the issue with the MK2 Combat MG but it's always the grenade launcher which refil works out to be more expensive on than the combat MG itself.

Today was my first day playing since the Halloween update last year. I spawned in the world, walking down the street as a cool $400,000 snuck its way into my bank account. I decided to go see what was new, other than more paywall stuff. I visited the gun store, nothing new was there (Get ready for the future DLC weapons.

If it has has MK2 after it, it requires you to spend a sh*t load of money just to still spend more money on attachments and skins that have to be researched. I'd rather have loot boxes. Next, I visited the clothes shop, found a couple of tactical stuff, but anyone that knows me knows I don't dress up, so this was a new thing for me. I come out of the store looking like a member of G Unit, visiting a barbershop next. Of course there are no new hairstyles. You get an idea of what I was doing. So my long time heist partner joins my session, wanting to try out the Doomsday sh*t, and I go with them, all the way to their facility.

I already knew something was fishy when I got my first phone call from lester telling me to buy one. That was a red flag there. So we go into the facility, ran around for about 5 minutes and then he tells me that we have to be in a public session for it to work, and we have to do setups there too.

Wow. So Gunrunning/CEO/Biker times infinity formula strikes again, huh?

Do rockstar employees put a bunch of ideas on pieces of paper about what to do next, and draw them out of a hat or some sh*t? Any idea that is new or innovative must be burned, and only the profitable, rip off, done to death ideas are chosen.

I asked myself what was even the point in coming back to GTA.

Because I miss my characters, I miss heist teamwork, and doing survivals, and making videos. I know everyone has said GTA is a grind/has become a grind, but TIL that GTA Online has redefined pay to play. An argument might be, "you don't have to pay," or "they aren't forcing you to buy anything." That's what everyone says who plays free games, and they either end up being pushed to spend money, or they uninstall the game, which is what I did a few months ago.

Those prices are higher than you can make back because they want you to buy money. This isn't GTA Online anymore. Now it's just Grant Theft Online, and dude, are they robbing everybody. Pretty much the only reason I'm playing anymore is for clothes, heists, and survivals. Everything else can go die, and suck on corporate dick. The day I pay for anything in a video game is the day I start paying virtual bills.
