At least on old-gen you just had the one style option for them. On current-gen/PC there are nine more, and while some can look cool or more "stabby" they all suck:

• They're about impossible to see while equipped
• They aren't One-Punch-Kill
• They're expensive
• You can't have them while otherwise unarmed (even though you could in Vice City!).
• You can't even wear them for show while in Passive Mode (even though you can't throw a punch, anyway)

 

It's like having a $10,000-$13,750 broken bottle.

why is it when your being chased by enemies npc drivers pull u turns right as soon as you come upon them forcing you to dodge them??

i had it happen tonight while i was replaying the fleeca job, i was delivering the armored kuruma to lester and i was being chased by enemies and it's annoying dodging npc drivers who decide it's a good idea to make a u turn in front of me as i'm doing 90 - 100 mph.

Absolutely bizarre... a troll makes up a new account and sends me bizarre death threats in a random private message. The streets don't seem to be safe around here anymore, who would like to be my bodyguard? I don't have much, only a $100 million or so in the game

 

I think it's the lack of updates. All the 13 year old kids who are secret in love with leather life were pissed the bikers DLC didnt come out, so they've gone psycho.

 

EDIT: After thinking about it for a few minutes, I've figured it out. The account was probably set up by the Houser brothers...

Not really a bitch or moan since I found it relatively amusing. Had someone literally go off-radar and fly from the Ferris wheel all the way to Paleto Bay just to kill me for literally no reason beyond me being in the lobby (went off radar then Ghost Organization). I immediately go into passive after his cheap-shot kill. He messages me "lol, cowardly pussy" then literally drives with me, honking his horn and doing everything he can to annoy me... Which failed to annoy me because I was listening to a podcast with the game volume muted. Hell, I even drove to the airstrip near Trevor's trailer. He crashed into the plane in the hopes to stop me from flying away. I just walk over and hop into the chopper. He literally followed me for an hour or so just waiting for me to turn off passive and trying to harass me however he can. He even tried to fake me by running away then going off radar again. Meanwhile, I just drove from garage to garage to reorganize my cars like I was initially planning on doing.

Again, found it more amusing than irritating. This is ignoring his numerous messages whining about me being in passive and silently ignoring him instead of fighting him. Seriously, why are most people in this game so pathetic that THIS is what they need to do in order to have fun? Oh, and he kept messaging me about how I'm "clearly scared" about how he'll kick my ass if I come out of passive... Yeah, cruising around in my fake cars is far more important than me wasting my time stomping you and your obviously modded account (11.71 k/d my ass lmao) all over the map.

Again, the wonderful world of:

 

A) Fighting against a glitcher who teleports every 0.2 seconds and

 

B) being in a gun fight and getting ruined despite firing at and hitting your opposition first.

 

So the first is the glitchers are EVERYWHERE. Still. Saw some guy blowing lots of people up just outside my apartment. Walked out and used my RPG so my sh*t accuracy wouldnt matter. It showed I killed him. A Russian name. He appears again in a car which I blow up as he was coming after me. Then, he appears next to me, killing me instantly - and his name appears with a 2-0 'one on one' score - you killing them doesnt register?? He killed me a few times more as you just couldn't target him. Teleporting everywhere. Seems to be a massive influx of Russian cheat crews at the minute. All have yachts and nail anyone near the pier. Or jet grief you until you leave.

 

Secondly, in a gun fight, you start pummeling someone with a machine gun (the one with the most damage and accuracy and you're obviously wearing heavy armour) but they fire a few shots and you die first! It's laughable. Cheating bastards or is level 134 health still relatively poor? I know in some cases, its been levels well below me that have managed to survive a massive pelt of bullets before laying me out. Frustrating.

To be more precise:

 

They ruin fun to the degree that it's generally acceptable to take the easy way out as long as the wanted guy isn't under fire from another player. Right in the middle of a freeroam PvP community that frowns on intentional suicide.

 

And even with people using EWO, the cops eventually saturate an area anyway (because they don't just disappear when there are players nearby), making even a one-star wanted level fatally deadly.

 

Free mode would be magnitudes more fun for everyone if cops are removed, except if you're one of those very few who troll other players with cops.

Absolute degenerate kills me in a jet, I try to retaliate with a ceo buzzard, he immediately goes passive when I fire missiles, 1 hour fight where he goes passive whenever he doesn't have an upper hand, constantly ina jet, crashes multiple times

I decide to play him at his own game and abuse passive too.

 

I looked at his K.D... 10.00 something, so I'm guessing it's so fragile one death would knock it down to 7 or something and the only thing he does on gta is try to preserve it...

This is when I decided to give up in buzzards and get a hydra to take him out, he went passive immediately and hung around randoms so they would shoot at me even though I wasn't shooting at them.

Apparently he taught me a lesson by going passive whilst in the most OP vehicle in the game up against a buzzard.

 

I got tired of GTA and came off, it's a shame, I wanted to see how badly his K.D would have been effected from one death lol.

He was trying to piss me off with texts, I was just using the ps4 word suggestions to make random sentences to reply with.
