Remember you f*ckheads, it's a video game, we're here to have fun, not maximize our profits like we're the damn CEO of walmart.

Why don't you tell that to the cocksuckers who made this piece of sh*t game.

But it's not fun doing nothing but I/E! That's what blows my mind, you guys hate this game's bullsh*t, and yet you force yourselves through its stages of hell just for the in game money!?

What R* assumes everyone playing GTAO likes:

< yet another top-of-the-line McLaren >

What I actually like:

< MX-5 awesomeness >

:(

(seriously, R* - change the record occasionally, yeah?)

You know what? rockstar always wants to sell high end cars. expensive but f*ck this. can we get new muscle cars? rockstar.

See, that ties in with something I noticed in the description for the Retinue:

"The Vapid Retinue began its life as a blue-collar hero: an overpowered, oversteering gas-guzzler built and sold for the working man. From those humble beginnings it became one of the most successful rally cars of all time. And now, all that rich history makes it prime hipster bait for the soulful one-percenter in the market for some authenticity. Yep, that's where you come in."

As much as it's a joke description (as standard), that last part is telling, because that's basically how R* thinks the average GTAO player kits themselves out: as a multi-millionaire magpie in human form, attracted to only the most exclusive, visibly-expensive stuff. Or, occasionally, something 'retro' for hipster cred (or because they saw it in one of the Fast & Furious movies that one time).

That's why it's unlikely we'll ever get just 'unremarkable' consumer cars - things like a Honda S2000 or a Mitsubishi GTO aren't opulent enough to appeal to the 1%, or 'ironic cool' enough to appeal to hipsters contrarians. They're just nice, fun, affordable cars that aren't new anymore - great for the enthusiast, but ...eh, R* doesn't think there's an audience for that, apparently. :/

...I mean, they're demonstrably wrong, there - but because their feedback channels are so utterly opaque (and it's debatable if they're even worth bothering using), it's not like there's any meaningful way of telling them as much.

Back around the time of Heists and IGG 1&2 I had such high hopes for future updates. That hope has been completely stomped out of me though. I/E, bikers, CEO, gun running, smuggling blah blah blah blah... go here, kill these aimbot terminator NPC assholes, fetch that thing, now bring it back here and then take it somewhere else to sell it for peanuts. No depth to the gameplay, no thought or planning required. Die at the hands of the terminators as many times as you like, the only thing you'll lose is your mind through the frustration and tediousness of the whole process.

Three days in a row now I've started playing the game and each day after about an hour I've questioned why I bothered. I love this game, it's one of the greatest games I've ever played, it's brought me hundreds and hundreds of hours of entertainment, but I gotta let it go, I need to let it go..... before I end up hating it.

Yellow Dog with Cone

Remember you f*ckheads, it's a video game, we're here to have fun, not maximize our profits like we're the damn CEO of walmart.

It's hard to have fun in this game without money. Want to race? You need money. Want to PvP? You need money. Want to make more money? Yup, you need even more money.

Take the money out of the equation by glitching or modding (or legitimate grinding) and you get a shallow game. That's why most of the players who overcome the need of money (legit or otherwise) turn into griefers, cuz when you have everything already and nothing to lose, what's the point?

My biggest issue is WITH AI.

No its not just the cars that merge lanes without warning.

No its not just the cops annoying chase tactics.

It's the mother f*cking aimbot.

The Cargobob has bullet proof windows, yet the AI goes out of its way to prove to me it can make a perfect shot, threading the needle, through the side door, and into my character.

f*ck that.

And it wouldn't be that bad, if I wasn't playing free aim, literally, AI get to shoot me out of lock on range when I can't lock on to begin with???

f*ck you lazy c*nts.

As a rule of thumb, if the AI can do things that not even the 1% of players can even do consistently, the AI is busted, cheap, sh*t.

I mean, we can't aim the Buzzard's miniguns for sh*t and the NPCs can hit us with them with every single bullet, at any goddamn angle, even through bushes and armored cars. We can't even lock on then unless they're really close and you're already dead before you get such chance.

BTW, one question to the "GTA is PvP" crowd, if this game is supposed to be PvPvE, why the NPCs are so goddamn powerful then?

Aside for dealing with your typical Hydras and Oppressors, you also have to deal with bullsh*t AI? Or is to slow you down while a R* Shark Card Insurance Policy does its job?

The NPCs should be a pushover at most, at least in Freemode work.

The only way that we'll get "unremarkable consumer cars" or hell, mid range sports cars (like tuners) will be with Benny's horrid prices.

Paying $600k for a Dinka Jester Retro and another half million for turning it into a Custom version is bullsh*t.

Even worse, they could pull a "vehicle workshop" and forcing you to buy one specifically for new vehicles, even while both Benny's and the Office workshop are already a thing.

Suddenly, that "Grand Theft Auto: Midnight Club" update doesn't sounds as good, right?

...

...

...

Anyway, here's my daily B&M:

- I hate how disconnected from each other the updates are, I mean, why I can't use any of the camos that I had to fast-track in the bunker?

So I crashed my Ultralight and after paying insurance because C*, I stole a car to get to the newly spawned one since using a PV would mean that the Ultralight would have to go back to the hangar... Anyway, that car happened to be a Surge.

Guess who wanted a Surge?

Yup, everyone's favorite Armenian lowlife, Simeon Yetarian. Suddenly I have cops on my ass because the LSPD cares too much about a Surge wanted for $5k at most to do anything about the fighter jets turning the city into a battlefield. Please, remove Simeon's I/E business... It's nothing more than a nuisance.

Last Week: Hey, this is Rockstar! We saw that you are grinding the game for hours to prepare yourself for the next DLC, so we steal ähmm, "correcting your bank account" by a random 2,5Mio because fock you! Ps: Buy a shark card!

This Week: Hey, it's Ron! Buy the bloody overpriced hangar already, you clown! You can use it to store your Mallard in it, because you surely won't have any money left to buy the overpriced new aircraft, muahahaha! Ps: Buy a shark card!

Me: Wohoo, the Raptor is on discount! Let's buy this instead and use it in random race lobbies with contact on, because this game is way to much fun right now!

How in hell is insurance on COMBAT aircraft even a thing?? And why aren't these weaponized assholes not paying double for bombing or torching or blasting my weapon less cars to pieces??

It is bad enough I watch a fella(?) tear into my Vagner with his custom Insurgent but somehow being broke enough to only pay 3 grand of its insurance.

Shouldn't their be debt in this game now? Buy what you want, but if you don't get in the black many features end up disabled? Also bad sport if your drowning in red ass happens to wanna grief.

Interesting really the economy of the game has gotten to the point where just about every one of our contacts is nothing short of a two bit criminal that any high ranking crime lord like ourselves wouldn't piss on if they were one fire.

I have the multi millions needed to buy a hanger and fill it up why on gods green earth am I having any kind of contact with a two bit wannabe criminal like Ron? Way way back when we couldn't even do Heists you used these guys because they were the guys who knew what was happening what was going on but I am CEO, with three criminal empires on the go, I have multi millions of cash why the f*ck am I having any kind of dealings with Trevor's right hand gimp or for that matter just about ANY of the established characters in this game?

I hate to say it, but you are right... instead of GTA online, it's "make money in GTA Online" :(

Still tho can we stop sucking I/E's dick pls

And you're right, good luck doing anything against an NPC buzzard, they move out of the way of homing rockets and one little burst from their pointed-somewhere-else miniguns will be the death of you.

Did they buff the npcs again? I swear they super accurate in everything now.

It sure seems like it, and the cops seem about twice as prevalent as they were before as well. Christ I hate this game.

One of the things that stand out most about how trashy the pieces of dog sh*t are who made this game is how they charge you a daily fee for owning properties, mechanic, staff at businesses, and crap like that. Seriously you're charging people hard-grinded money for invisible computer characters to do meaningless stuff you don't even notice?!! Its not bad enough WAAAAAYYY overcharging for everything in this game, then you have to go ahead and continuously ding us daily on top of that like we are only renting objects from you?? This game is the worst of all time because of crap like this, kill yourselves Cockstar.

And you wonder why people hack your game to death...

They care about ''realism'' only when it serves a purpose towards them getting richer and richer. It's realistic that you have to pay a fee to keep all your properties up to par and maintained but OH WHAT? You want to buy this crappy old car from 1976 with very poor performance and limited customization?! That'll be 800k please.

Last time I played GTA was in June, two weeks after Gunrunning. Although I liked the update, the hype I felt for stuff like Heists or Finance and Felony was gone. Now I install updates just because it's mandatory.

So, I switched to other games.

Payday 2, Halo, Battlefield: Hardline, The Escapists... God, even Arcade games like Battleblock Theater or Castle Crashers gave me more fun during this summer than GTA:O

The special remark goes to NFS '15. Unless you have been living under a rock during the last two years, this game is broken. Lots of glitches, frustrating challenges, and dissapointing customization. Still, I prefer this to the mess GTA:O free-roam is.

So, not gonna lie, Smuggler's Run looks interesting. But I guess I just can't stand free-roam anymore. Griefing is worse than ever. Back in 2014, the biggest threat was a dude aiming a sticky bomb at you (which was possible to avoid if you're skilled). But all-in-all, money was not an issue.

Now you tell me that these dudes can have 'x' amount of ways to kill me, and destroy my hard-earned shipment of hundreds of thousands of dollars? And that if I try to retaliate, I get bad sport points for that??

I mean, not even Activiision does that kind of stuff...

The skylift chopper has a top speed of 50 miles an hour. Boy what a delivery vehicle.

Also 15 source missions equate to 148k for this piece of sh*te update. Whereas 2 sources from I/E give you 160k...

ok so i get why some people want to jetgrief, afterall you never know if they had a bad day at work.

BUT those who this while always going ghost org and right after that off radar so no one can see them is just beyond idiotic.

i mean srsly i had a guy yesterday in a lobby with a hydra and he always went ghost and off radar. NEVER did he kill someone while on the radar no he waited for his cooldown timer to run out and boom ghost org, kills, after that he went off radar, kills and after that he waits a bit and the cycle repeats.

and the best part? i managed to shoot his jet out of the air even though he was off radar with my rogue and he voted to kick me!

atleast have some balls when you grief.
